Really good looking coach. I'm not usually a big fan of the traditional cabinetry and colors, but for whatever reason, this one pressed all the right buttons for me. Perfect size, great equipment, apparently very well maintained. Thanks for the preview. Cheers Joe P.
My axle suspension design idea u use 3 axles w a 5th wheel but the center axle I changed the design so 315 tires on either side of my diff axle on the center tire 365 using all the old RV tires I can find.

A lot of coach for it's size, and the price is nice too (as was mentioned by Steve, there might be some wiggle room there if handled right) and a great tour. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I really like when you do the "full tour" with slides in both positions, and a quick little test drive in there too! Tiffin products are not my taste but i must say this one is looking very good. For a 5 year old single rear axle luxury coach it has been serving so many good things inside. Especially storage options are almost endless. The only thing i dislike is the unnecessary sink inside the bathroom and radius shower. Thanks for the good review Andrew & stay safe.
My 5yr tire rule only applies to drivers not parking models put when GOd buying we will just start fresh from here w/tires then we can decide if selling keeping driving or parking but yeah used tires r wanted bc u can still use as a spare & park on them just fine or equipment tires for trailer still no tread left waste not want not. I will be ordering equipment trailers that use 316 R 22 tires old RV tires r wanted here for that reason buying them I can get. If I hve 500 devil # working trailer & u can use them stake body or flat tow they still need trailer tires, 3 axles sounds about right. If u get them enclose by your own welder guy they will be way cheaper stake side than if u buy a trailer enclosed. Trick is just taking off the encloser w/fork lift or crane when parked deal. If a fork u can only take of 1 end at a time & u need wood blocks to sit on like a ship in dry dock. That way we buy trailers they make for cheap & my guy do the extra work to suite my needs.
Andrew are you sorry that you sold your Tiffin Phaeton after spending a lot of money getting her remodeled ? What year was yours made ? Did you buy her pre-owned or new ? Where's Big Tony been ? I haven't seen him in a long time in any of your vlogs ? WOW ! gorgeous coach . I love the colors inside & outside . It doesn't look like a pre-owned coach. She looks new .
Hey Andrew, on the test drive there was a LOT of background squeaking and creaking while the coach was moving…..is that typical in most coaches with slide outs while traveling.?
Hey Andrew , working hard mate.. Say is Brad open to negotiate on his prices , and does he allow my NRVIA inspector to go over the coach pre-purchase ?
Brad does not Negotiate on price for the most part and I do not believe he allows 3rd party inspections at is a major liability for the dealer. Most Large RV dealers do not allow third party inspectors. This coach sold at the auction for $207k. Brad prices coaches to move quickly and has master techs on staff that do a complete delivery with you going over the coach and making sure everything works. Not reason to hire a tech if you can have a master tech go over the entire coach with you and explain every system. That is worth its weight in gold.

Only putting chrome alloy rims on my stuff like Newell my tired old factor play red light green light all frozen in time crap must axe & kick some ass in at factory 1/2 SON or devil can hve no problem.
If I break my 400k "hard limit" I must hve really wanted that 1 ask b4 u sell it off under Me but 1/4 more than I paid most likely just fine If 1million dollar crazy buy if not 200k or so more after I had ppl searching country for it again time is money the GOd wholesale price I should be paying not retil I am payig means u could get a better price your self.
Should be exact opposite we only build quality same design every time b4 decorating. U choose from 4 preset choices then u can go from there colors or Custom pricing kicks in & longer wait time, 80 vs 20 poduction or something custom pricing applies & at 2million price pnt u get to choose go crazy longer wait though, or less than 2million not custom quicker delivery deal at my factory as name applies.

I was running around like crazy. I should have taken the time to fire up the ACs but wasn't a huge hurry to catch a flight. Definitely no cheapo's at all in Bradenton, the exact opposite.
Any body who has 100k extra above what I paid to take delivery b4 I get all my demon ducks in a row just so it is fine u can hve 1 of my ducks see jeepers it is fine so I hve a 400k basic limit & untouch b4 I hve done jack to any thing other than basic wash some1 will pay Me a1/4 more than I took deliever on 500k for my 400k u just bought youself a coach sure I might find an exception but not yet. If I custom add on remodel for get it unless 200k more the cost on coach + updates bc I hve i,proved the product better then in the market time is money.

My first new car was a Pontiac, I loved that car, but it eventually became a bit of a lemon. It had problem after problem, and the service sucked. My second car was Chrysler, driving my seventh one now. Sure there have been issues, but they have always taken care of any problem well. Some will say its the dealer, and there is some truth to that, but I now live in another city and the dealership there gives me the same level of service.

The slide out kitchen cabinet is great design idea noted but sliding both ways so outside on to your porch even greater.

Newell we only build "custom" meaning triple the cost 6months sitting on r ass.

Didn’t you have all those issues with your Phaeton?
All RV's have issues, I was just transparent about the ones I had. And the problems I did have are expected in a 10+ year old coach.
