Something I think about with a lot of these "Cheapest X" style videos that I don't think I've seen covered very well on the internet is the aspect of financing. Basically the question of "how low can you go" and still have a decent chance of being able to finance it versus having to be able to buy the whole rig straight up. I'd be interested to see you talk with some people involved in RV financing and basically give us all a high level overview of what financing an used high-end coach looks like and what the realistic limits are for such things.
Must have a high credit score around 720 and above, minimum of 10%, and typically some liquid/assets. After that you are good to go. Some banks go up to 20 years for financing. All about how much you want to spend/month. A lot of people liquidate their house and possessions and buy them out right as they will fulltime with them. That is what I am currently doing. I have a town home and a condo for sale in Denver proper and I will use that money and I am planning on purchasing a used Newell coach in the 500-800k range.
A golf re drive on carry rack also nice upgrade if mountain area u wil need to hve help walk if not flat, or biking if u r able to battery bike up hill.
Now that is an awesome 35ft coach. Love all the slideouts and especially the attention to detail for a desk / workspace. Time to give up the office and go work on the road for 4 months. :-)
If easy to upgrade tank sizes bigger fuel or blk or gray or water that is what u go for on these smaller babies. Just bc no gas in a bay u can stil use & store a nice smoker gas grille or flat grille, easy upgrade too. Aqua hot easy upgrade if in a big enough bay or u r stuck w/it.
Great interior, nice unit; sadly awful TV placement. We're active but enjoy a good movie or YT as i'm doing now. And a large tv and where it's located is a deciding factor.
So, my wife works for NASA, online. She has to have high speed internet. How viable is that? Because I love this coach. 35 is perfect for National Parks. That is what we want to do when we retire in a few years. It would be nice to get an early start.

What is up with these high end coaches -- talking about Newell, Prevost, and Foretravel not having propane? I would want to option in a residential gas (propane) stove as I like to cook. Apparently once you have a 7-8 figure bank roll, you don't like to cook on a gas range LOL. Gas is the best way to cook in my opinion, plus I am all about cast iron.
Most all electric coaches have induction cooktops. Our 06 Wanderlodge is all electric with an induction cooktop and a convection microwave. Newer units have portable cooktops. Eliminates the need for keeping the propane topped off. Propane/electric refrigerators don't cool as well as a fully electric residential unit. This has been the trend for many years in higher end buses. You can find propane in the older high end units ie. 20 years old or so.
@@DLTJR1959 Odd. Most if not all high end fifth wheels have the option for propane and electric stoves. I am sure Newell would have no issue installing a gas stove if requested. If I am not mistaken, induction cook tops need special pots and pans and I am all about stainless and cast iron.

noted driver seats safe when opening slide. 40ft u r vaca camping but if 45ft u r full time or month + camping/staying.
Worth it when compared to an equally equipped new gasser..
