What a delightful interview with both Andrew and Maurice/Morris. It’s exactly what I wanted to see with an independent person who was completely open with his experiences of being an RV owner.
I came away with two main issues in buying an RV:
I’m reading and watching far more fires 🔥 that I had ever considered possible, especially with the high end motorhomes. All burnt to the ground in a matter of minutes and realistically could not have been tackled by the people within. Have your bag ready with your important documents and as many fire extinguishers & blankets that you can practically reach. Keep yourself a charged cell in your bag and anything irreplaceable. Add smoke detectors throughout the coach incase your fire happens whilst you are sleeping. Make sure that your insurance cover is adequate to replace your coach in full and, if possible provide temporary accommodation or a rental coach until you are reimbursed in full.
Given what I have seen and heard rather than maxing out on your purchase set aside a contingency fund for unforeseen repairs and temporary accommodation. Keep this safe as long as you have an RV as you are likely to need it. Tyres, servicing, replacement parts and those little bumps that everyone can experience.
I’d like to see you do this more often Andrew as the information is invaluable and I don’t believe it will come from the garage when you purchase your vehicle.

It really helps people to understand the type of financial commitment is involved in owning and operating a top of the line Class A coach. It's not inexpensive. The service organization behind the brand clearly makes the difference.
If we ever decide to go full time, Newell will be very high on our list, thank you for introducing them to us.

Hey andrew, kevin from central Florida. Morris was excellent! Nothing better than listening to expieriance and learning. We had a 35 foot jayco fifth wheel. In the near future we will purchase a newell or prevost not sure which one. We have watched your channel for a long time now. One day we will take our coach on a route 66 tour nice slow tour end in California.. Thank you Morris for sharing your experience with all of us..
I met Morris in 2012 or 2013 at the Wild Duck RV park in Scarborough, Maine. I was asleep on my sofa when they came rumbling in. That was the first time I had seen a Newell, Morris was a great fella to talk with he even gave my wife a tour of his coach. Nice interview Andrew.

Andrew, your killing me. First I wanted a Marathon. Then your vlogs on Liberty and then the vlogs on Newell. Then I said said well I live in Illinois not far from Liberty and saw your vlog on where you live that’s the coach you buy. I had said well Liberty because of where I live. Now this one. I am so confused LOL. Keep up the good work by this time next year I think one of those companies will make you an offer you can’t refuse. The guy from Chicago.....

The best thing about Morris was that he told the truth. I have yet to see a Prevost owner or Emerald owner being interviewed and saying the same things about their coach as a Newell owner does. Newell #1

Dear sir, first of all in my humble opinion the colour sceem inside your coach is beautiful, and lets see we are of the same age group, we had a machinery factory and made very precise metal work and for as far as i could and can see they do the same here at Newell we in Europa germany have a special coach bilder at the same level of quality build explore coaches called UNICAT they invest the same craftmanship into building of a coach the secret sits in the things you dont see and the attention to detail . As you put it so right it is also a big, great investment into the future were as little problems shoud be expected . May i take the opportunity to wish you and yours all the health to enjoy this piece of art coach, kind regards from the Netherlands

Andrew your style of talking to people invites them to be themselves and quickly creates trust. Morris (and others you've interviewed before) are non pretentious. I would have loved to had a tour of his coach. I'm attracted to a mid entry type of coach. When I first was introduced to Newell through your channel, had no clue why anyone would spend that kind of money. However their personal commitment towards craftsmanship and excellent customer service makes it evident they make the coach one should aspire to own. It won't surprise me in the least to see you end up owning a used but well loved one down the road. Travel safe, continue being yourself and showing kindness you rub shoulders with. It's worth the effort.
