This small tyre doubling/unpacking machine is ideal for any workshop or used tyre dealer. It is used to double or undouble (unpack tyres). It is powered by compressed air only so there is no risk of electrocution. We recommend this machine for small tyre warehouses wishing to save space for storing or transport their scrap or part worn tyres. Due to its small dimensions and weight it is ideal for moving from one place to the other and it does not take too much space.

Why is this needed? Are the tyres reused after they have been crushed?

This machine is usually used for scrap tyres, althought some companies buy it to double used tyres. We recommend buying a tyre tripling machine COT-3 if you need it for the second purpose.
