My suggestion for the kitchen is instead of choosing Fully open 🤔how about choosing a sliding glass cover ones 😋so that when there is alot of things going on inthe kitchen you can slide the glass making transparent and keeping the smell in the kitchen

i am surprised, i currently live in a 1.2 million dollar villa in dubai and I gotta say, as big as the garden is my garden dwarfs it and the outside finishing of my villa is better, but I have to give props to the inside of the villa even though I only saw 3 bedrooms stashed in there whereas mine has 5. overall I like the place but it just could have been better, given that falcon city will offer way more for less than 1 million dollars. I live in cedre villas and this is my take on this villa.
It's hard to believe this villa costs 1 million dollars only. The price seems low. I live in Shanghai, China and a similar villa will cost between 4 and 5 million dollars.

This spot is the best in Dubai. Yes its true a lot of birds there. I was surprised with the greeny natural life there in the middle of the desert "that's odd in Dubai".

For a million dollars you get nothing like this in Toronto Canada.Keep in mind the exchange rate,We live in a 5 million dollar home.Yes it’s beautiful.However I would retire in Dubai in a few years.The only thing is the cultural difference.We are a melting pot in Toronto.I don’t know how we would be accepted.Definately something to think about.I will be showing my husband today.It’s been 2 yrs.I’m sure you found your dream home by now.I wish you the happiness you deserve.
