I'm from Florida and can tell you there are plenty of places over 2,000 square feet on the beach for $1 million. Clearwater Beach is continuously ranked #1 beach in the US and has numerous properties right on the water for right at $1million and some are as much as 3,500 sq feet.... I live in this area, but can't quite afford it.... yet lol
I can show you how to live in Bali in a 2/3 bedroom with ensuites and a pool not even 2 minutes from good shopping and schools. As for the beach you have about 6 to choose from not even ten minutes away for 25,000 AU$ a year rental and or a 300 000 Au$ for a 20 year lease. Trust me this is value and joy in a lifestyle.

buying a decent house in London nowadays its a crime XD
you'd be a fool to buy a house in London. Buy in the Midlands and commute in. Houses in Milton Keynes and Northampton are way cheaper and only 55 mins from London by train.
British pounds more stronger than US dollar
Its not true. You can buy nice 2 bedrooms flat in Richmond, London. Not too far from Thames. You can check online websites.
if you live anywhere in florida (even on a river, ocean, lake, etc) you’ll probably have a pool and not have to worry about your community having a pool. you only have no pool if you can’t afford a temporary intex pool (pretty cheap) or you have no room in your backyard. even many non-gated communities have pools

its not hard to make a million in 5 years of work I did over 100 thousand and that is basically nothing
@@DirkVanDuijvenbode-oy9lo you can make 100k in 2 months easy after fewer years of investment in your own business online, 25k£ its pretty average, ofc there is still a big part that gets 10k or less a year(this between dollars, euros or pounds) but in UK where I'm 25k its mostly to be quite average bc most ppl dont work with a minimum wage which gives an average of 15k£ a year. and the thing in the top I didnt read it correctly since I didn't see percentage there I thought he was saying the value exactly at its looks not out a 1mi.
I know a lot of ppl in different areas making 10 to 30k a week. and they spend 5-10k a month, ofc there is a high investment with a much higher return. this is their own business like me in the personal trainer thing, its not those investments online.

I know a man who cuts homes out of sandstone.
Each chamber is an artistic treasure. It takes 3

lots of skylight portals overhead. Each future

Watts isn’t that much. Lying ass. You can find quite a few homes for $300s right now. West LA prices are more like what you’re talking about.

Discovery Bay in Hong Kong is literally the cheapest place u can get, basically if u own a tiny flat in HK, you automatically become a millionaire
how? plss explain
@@ap-rw3mj A normal flat around 450 to 550 sq feet in the City area costs around 900k to 1 mil. A same sized flat within 5 mins walk to the metro can easily cost over 1.3 or 1.4 mil. Therefore ur income has to be around 6.5k per month to pass the loan tests from banks, leading to a lot of housing problems in Hong Kong.
