I was right! In my opinion the Arm and Hammer with oxiclean worked the best. I knew it would, thats what i use. I won't spend more money on the deep clean if it costs more, as the result is close. Why spend more if you don't have to?

Right & to be fair they all did a solid job, better than some other detergents I’ve tested so you can’t go wrong with either option.

Love this! Could you include the powder arm n hammer in one of your reviews? This is an awesome test👏👏👏

I bought this this month at Walmart for I think 16.97 for a big jug. I usually get purex with oxy but they were out. It does work well smells good but sometimes I have to add more to get stains out and a second wash. My go to detergent is pursil or tide 10x. It’s so expensive though and I’m on a budget so arm and hammer or purex is what I usually get. I will say though I don’t think there is a big difference between arm and hammer with oxy or the deep clean detergent

Ive been eyeing the A&H oxi ultra concentrated from costco. I need to know whether it performs better than regular oxi.

Wow! That’s a really great test! Maybe I’ll pick up a bottle of that new Deep Clean arm and hammer if the Oxi Clean is not available. Thank you for doing this!

I'm so sorry for being so late to this! I'm happy to see you back. So the thing I've noticed about the Arm & Hammer Deep clean series is that it's really a rebranded Oxiclean detergent that they had that came in the Blue Bottle. Church and Dwight turned their Oxiclean detergent brand and renamed it to Arm & Hammer Deep clean. If yuu notice they have the same two scents as the formsd Oxiclean branded detergents.

You know that makes a lot of sense. I haven’t been able to see the Oxiclean detergent anywhere so it makes sense that they just rebranded it. If I ever am able to get my hands on the original I’ll compare them to see. That’s a really good observation though.

@@thecleanpsycho oh my goodness lol I didn't realize how many typos I had in my original post 🤦🏿‍♂️😅
Yeah it'll be interesting to see if it's the exact same formula. I don't think the Oxiclean branded detergent is available anymore. I may be wrong though.

I really appreciate this test! Allegedly persil downgraded their formula to have less enzymes. I was wondering if you would be willing to do a test with the old formula and the new formula comparing their performances?

Do you know exactly when they changed the formula because the only Persil detergent I have I bought this year so I don’t have the old formula to compare it to.

I disagree. There’s no detergent I’ve used that able to remove all these stain on the first try. I’ve used industrial detergents and they still can’t do it. There’s a video on TH-cam that shows how hospitals get their laundry clean and they use this industrial washer machine that uses 6 wash cycles, 4 rinse cycles, & 4 additional cycles adding a softening solution. It just goes to show that some stains require multiple wash cycles to be completely removed.
