- Here’s a super simple baked oats no banana recipe that you’ll love as a quick and healthy low calorie breakfast.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup apple sauce
1 tbsp sweetener
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 tsp baking powder
Blend in a blender.
Top with:
1 tbsp chocolate chips
Air fry for 9-12 minutes at 350 F (175 C) or until done to your desired consistency.
