I just made one almost identical ingredients, minus nuts and water, used silken tofu, baked 40 min at 350. Less fat if that an issue. Imade your creamy veggies casserole for non vegans, huge hit
Your microphone picked up the consistency of that feel, taste and sound of a dairy cheesecake. I have all the ingredients. And instead of a springform pan I have these little mini tart pans with a removable bottom I think I'm going to try that. 🎉

Looks great! Love this is plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and possible BLV in dairy and choline and lead in eggs. Thanks so much for sharing
Yum. This sounds perfect! Thank you. Just a question, what is the purpose of the almond flour in the ganache? Is it for a thickener? Does it have a grit texture in the ganache? Is there a replacement you can think of? Guess that’s more than “a” question lol.
Jill, I noticed you're not using lemon juice or nooch for a cheesy flavor in this cheesecake. Is it the cashews & other ingredients that form a cheesecake flavor or is it just a cheesecake texture you're going for? Thanks!
I was curious too..wondering if a little added cashew yogurt would give it the cheesecake flavor. Or I've just learned about lactic acid powder for use in vegan cheese to get that flavor.
Looks lovely. But I wonder about the effects of the sugar and fibre of all those dates! Could have MOST unromantic effects if your sweetheart isn't used to it... Small portions i guess :-)

This is a sweet dessert, not a savory dish. No need to add the Nooch. But, you can if you want. It just might not taste right. 🤷🏼♀️
