  • In this video, I show how to remove the Modena’s exhaust in order for me to be able to remove the rear wheel so I can replace the tyre. For reasons of time, and also a problem removing the wheel, I am splitting this task up into one or two videos as I hit a problem pulling the rear wheel off the axle stub. The tyre was wider than the gap to pull the wheel and tyre off,. It was catching on the flywheel housing and the mudguard. The time I had allowed to complete this job had more or less run out as we had a family meal to go to, so I will carry on with the replacement in the next video.

Hi. Glad you find the videos useful. It’s likely my next video will be changing the oil on my scoot.

A bro when I took off the stock exhaust , the two bolts on the side by the wheel, one bolt is longer than the other which spot does the longer bolt go in on the top or bottom hole, I smoked a couple bowls of some herb and I didn’t pay attention which bolt goes where? Hi. Have you let the rear tyre down? It's still a struggle with the tyre flat as you have to man handle it and push it in in some places.

@@modena_man yes but the wheel is stuck on the spline

@@connect4glyn Ah. In that case you would need to obtain a puller from somewhere. if you have removed the retaining nut and the bracket which it holds on and the wheel will not move then the only thing you can do is get a puller on the job. Either buy, borrow or make one.

@@modena_man Thanks , I've put it all back together now and will let the shop do it , I can't even see where you a puller would be attached to
