Awesome video, thanks! It would be great if you could also drill down into how to evaluate these 33 parameters further to analyze the customer segments.
Thanks Ishan, there will be more to add around these 33 and even more metrics on our subscription website fmcgacademy.com which is due to launch later in the year.
Thank you. A very useful & quick reckoner for FMCG core analytics. Are the semantics of the data similar to Nielsen data i.e., is this how Nielsen provides category related information please?
Hi sir I admire the knowledge base you have and I would like to ask you for help .I want to get into online ecomm retail management and was hoping you guide what and how to study for that
I have a question. You have done all the analysis work there but how do you conclude what you have done now? I have all the measures you have explained now but don’t know how to present this to my clients. Any tips would be greatly appreciated
Hi, It is very hard to tell you how to do this, as we do not have complete context. If your analysis is robust, the conclusions should be evident and you should be able to summarise the analysis in 5 to 10 bullet points.
Will you also do tutorial about retail industry sales metrics in soon future too? I'm skilled on Excel and SQL, but my sales analysis skill need to improve so just wondering if you will do tutorial about sales analysis metrics in the future too. Thanks Btw I already saved this video in my playlist
Thanks for your comment. No plans at this stage to do a retail industry tutorial as we don't have expertise in that area. However, you might benefit from taking our courses on Udemy (www.udemy.com/course/pricing-strategy-for-consumer-products/?referralCode=DA7D76F874DC494951F5) or on fmcgacademy.com
loved it . Thanks

Minute 05:39 - what did you mean by a "fair brand activation"? Does it refer to campaign analytics too? Would you be dealing with this as well ?
@@badriramsistla446 This refers to presence of "MY brand" across all key segments of Standard Powders, Premium Powders and Liquids
You are welcome. Nielsen and IRI provide similar data, however the terms they use maybe marginally different depending on where you are in the world
Can you kindly let me know, what is the "Value % change vs YA" calculation? can't figure out this value for Premium Powders.
Greate video thanks a lot for the effort
Hi! Thank you for this - how do we narrow down factors that influence %Share of category +/- ?
Very useful tutorial, thank you. Just one question, is there a course in your website that offers further information about this topic?
Not specifically for analysing a category, but there are courses on pricing and marketing strategy. See www.fmcgacademy.com
hi there , can i download the template you had presented ?
Great Video!
Thank you so much!

what is +/-vs YA?
It is the change vs (versus) Year Ago (YA). This can be positive or negative
very important
Nice,
Great video!
