    The person who sent you this did you dirty by not giving you instructions. Milo (which is pronounced 'My-low' by the way) can also be microwaved in milk. It also tastes good if you pour a little bit of the Milo dust onto ice cream. That might also help with it being less chunky. Vegemite should be eaten on toast with a thick layer of butter, with a thin layer of vegemite.

      I found putting Milo in cold milk I had the same problem as Peebs. It didn't dissolve much. It was better when I'd add it to hot water or milk like it was hot cocoa. You can't really properly drink it cold until you boil it first then chill it.

    I am only NOW learning, in my mid-twenties, that the U.S. doesn't have Smarties like we do in Canada. Not that they're particularly good or anything; I'm just surprised.

      @@mastermarkus5307 I would happily take Rockets over, say, Candy Corn, Circus Peanuts, Turkish Delights (or Big Turks for that matter), and even more egregious chalky candys like Necco Wafers, or Bottle Caps, among many others. Rockets are boring and the chalkiness is certainly unappealing, but at least their flavour is just mediocre as opposed to actively disgusting like many other candies can be.

    • @1WolfFan
      @1WolfFan 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, and it's a terrible shame that we can't get the RIGHT smarties in the States. :( My mom used to buy the stuff bulk when we would go bird watching a couple times a year, in the before-times.
      It was actually MORE worth the trip to actual Canada, than it was to track down a specialty candy-store, and pay premium import prices, for essentially slightly-better M&Ms.
      (that being said, if anyone in the US now, ever sees Smarties of the chocolate variety and has the spare funds, they should consider trying them, they're pretty good, them and Crunchie Bars)

    TimTams are great! One thing I like to do with them is bite off two of the corners on different sides, and use it as a straw for hot/cold drinks! you can't drink from if after awhile, but then its nice and soft, the only kinda bad thing is if you use a hot drink the chocolate outside might melt and get hard to hold, so I usually go for milk :D

    You need butter with the vegemite and toast. It's a strong flavour, you only need a small amount. Its even better if you melt cheese over it afterward.
    You can also use vegemite as a stock for cooking.
    Something else you could try: Milo sandwich. White bread, butter and scoop a thick layer of Milo between the slices.
