i am very late to this comment but couldn’t agree more. i did did a crossstitch for a friend’s birthday of her favourite album cover and after hours of trying to make a template myself i just found a minecraft build of it
I deeply appreciate how you talk about your mistakes. When I see your finished pieces i always think they look so cool, and even when you point out problems the whole thing still looks good, so I'm trying to apply that thinking to my own work
This is incredible! WW is definitely the most charming Zelda game- the music, the characters, the humor, the colorful art style. Other Zelda games may be "better" in terms of mechanic or story, but WW is the one that really puts a smile on your face...
My inner child instantly woke up and wanted to play with this. Wander the little paths, go in the little houses, climb the little trees. Marvelous! Thank you 😊
@@NorthoftheBorder Damn! You’re talented! Amazingly good, I love it. Wind Waker is my next one to play, after Skyward Sword and hopefully Twilight Princess, along with Wind Waker move to switch lol 😂
Wind waker hd was the first zelda game I played (but for some reason never Finished) so it holds a special place in my heart. This is just feeding that little love for the game.
Holy smokes I remember watching this guy when he only had 10k subs and I thought his sculpting skills were insane. 40k subs and terrain making, good for you dude!
I really can‘t give this enough praise. You‘re an inspiring and very talented artist! I love the original game and seeing it come to life with so much love and artistry put into the details (these beautiful tiny houses!) feels magical. Additionally, you seem to have also put a lot of effort into producing this video, which is a fun and fascinating watch. Thanks a lot and greetings from Germany!
I have a full-time career and go to school part time. I can't wait until I'm retired and I have time to immerse myself in cool projects like this. Until then, I will live vicariously through this channel. Thank you!
I always wait for the video before I go back to the patron to see the little sneak previews and read about the challenges you faced. That way I get my surprise and insider secrets too!
This just goes to show that sometimes artists don't know what they're doing, but thats ok.. this came out amazing! Wind water was my first zelda and its always been my favorite.
This turned out so nice, always love seeing Wind Waker crafts! Tbh for some reason the colors in this game really get me, they're very nice to look at haha. Your wire tape palm trees were wonderful, what a great idea!
I know it caught a lot of flak when it was released because of its art style, but maaan, it aged so well. It still looks great and the art style holds up so well!
i think this is the… sixth time i’ve come back to this video? this isn’t even the video i’ve watched the most on this channel. the rewatchability of these videos is just amazing. plus they’re great before going to sleep, thinking about different crafting techniques and materials i should use in the future is very soothing
I love how you show your errors in your video. If you showed this to anyone and hadn't mentioned the issues you had with the resin for example, I doubt anyone would have been able to tell. By leaving that in the video and pointing it out, you're showing that it doesn't matter if something goes wrong and you make a mistake. The end result still looks amazing, nothing is ruined beyond repair just because you messed up a little. Thanks for sharing this video, it was a joy to watch!
I think a big hurdle for people that want to try this kinda stuff is overcoming the inevitable errors that arise when you're doing it, so showing how easy it is to correct said issues! (though... the amount of time I spend fixing these errors is minimized through the power of editing)
Most craft/miniature channels are way too professional, serious and not that entertaining. You embody the core teachings of the hobby. Calm, relaxed, just having fun.
I first seen this video out of nowhere, and now I ended up starting the binge-watch! I like the guy’s voice and how casual he is, honestly I’m excited for whatever else is planned! Keep up the amazing work!
i've been on a weird binge lately and i have two takeaways the first is that i love all you miniature sculptor people for making these tiny versions of beloved locations from my childhood the second is that i've been on like 4 different channels and all of y'all seem to have the same 'im dead inside why are we here whatever lookat my nice thing i secretly wish was better' personality you guys okay??
Even with a GameShark I would not cross that bridge. Not a critique. You are amazing. So many just cut to a 3d printer doing all the tiny details and you are still hands on. Congrats and may the channel only grow.
Watching this makes me so happy. The music and Outset Island itself really brings back precious memories. Oh, those days where I'd play Zelda the Last Windwaker all day and I never felt hungry! I was waiting to see if you were going to make a big fat pig too, haha. Awesome work as always! Secretly wishing & hoping for other islands from Zelda the Last Windwaker!
Wind waker is my favorite zelda game , probably because of the style and I think it improved on ocarina of time where it could be improved. Great build!
I think seeing koriki forest from ocarina of time, or stone tower from majoras mask remade in miniature would be pretty nifty! I love your content, please keep doing what you love doing your work is amazing!
I'll be honest, I never played Zelda game and know next to nothing (aside from universally known things) about its universe, but damn I love your work. The shape of the island could be easily used for any other similar project and your guidance should remove most of the obstacles. Thank you
I loved this piece so much, I haven't played windwaker yet, and this has inspired me to want to make my own little worlds, but im broke and lazy. So I will sit back and watch someone who knows what they are doing do this.
I have never successfully said "Mod Podge" on the first try without accidentally saying "Modge Podge" first. You accomplished this feat multiple times throughout the video. Kudos.
