- The canon selphy cp1500 has elevated my memory keeping journals tenfold! My journals with photos have been my families favorite way to recollect about the past and see all that we've done.
The photo app I use to create collages is called MOLDIV. It is FREE to use! Just close out any advertisement windows when loading up the app.
When using the Canon Selphy cp1500 you will want to ensure the MOLDIV ratio is set to 2:3. This is for a 4 by 6 photo print.
I hope this demonstration was helpful! If you're interested in purchasing the Selphy cp1500, please consider using my Amazon affiliate link below (at no cost to you!)

Mahalo Mahalo Mahalo! 🌺 🤙🏼Best video explanation! I’ve always struggled with picture collage apps. I think I will love my Canon Selphy Printer even more. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
This was an amazing video, Jasmin. So detailed, so precise, so informative. You really thought through all the questions that a newbie could ask. Thank you so much.
The cutting tip with the scissors! I scrapbook/journal since 2005 and I was never able to cut straight. Best tip evert! Thank you.!
the little hand at the end 🥺 so cute! -- I love my Selphy! I'll have to try it with the Moldiv app. It's nice that it is so customizable!
I had no idea about the battery pack option! So handy ❤
Emily let me try her Canon Selphy and I loved it! Considering getting the Qx20 though because I love a portable girlie for that nomadic life energy!
Thank you! I have the Selphy and decided to get the Ivy2 because sometimes I only want to print two small photos, definitely love the Selphy though! I haven’t seen the separation of layers trick, so amazing, thanks!
I use canva for a lot of work and personal projects. And I use that program for my collages. I may get to the canon selphy instead of more paper for my Polaroid hi print
This was VERY informative with several tips I will start using! Who knew I would learn to use scissors at my age! Thanks, Jasmin!
Oh wow! Thanks so much for making this video tutorial. MOLDIV is fantastic and so easy. I have to play with this a bit, but I'm printing my photos on printable washi paper for SUPER thin sticker photos for my notebook. Thanks again!
OOH! That is a great idea. Printable, thin, sticker washi paper sounds like the perfect solution to chunk. Where did you buy it from? Does Canon make it? Would you please include the link here? Thank you so much.
Thank you for such an informative video! I got the printer for Christmas. This is very helpful! ❤
Thank you! The video was really helpful, and I learned a lot from it
hi. great video, as always. may i ask where you bought the plastic cover for your A5 notebook? thank you ❤
The clear cover on the beige A5 journal is from Leela Journals! I highly recommend. It has pockets on the inner sleeve as well as a cut out for the elastic if your A5 has one.
Thank you for a great video! And i think the "hack" ro remove the backing is brilliant. But I tried it in my Hobonichi A6 and the pages got wrinkled because of the glue stick. Does your pages behave like that to?
Did you put glue on the paper directly or just the photo? Mine does not get wrinkly but I am also not using a hobonichi for 2025. I am currently in a Kinbor. I know there are a lot of paper variance with the 2025 hobonichis
@@journalwithjas I put the glue on the photo. I used a hobonichi notebook, 2023. And today i use my old 2023 and a old notebook. And the same outcome. Hmm strange!
@@cinablad6808while working on my journal today I thought your comments! My paper does curl with the photos while working on them but after closing my planner, the pages eventually lie flat. So the pages do buckle a bit but not to the point where it wrinkles like if using watercolor.
Kokuyo makes two types of Gloo sticks: one is the blue one you have, and the other is the clear one for thin, delicate paper to prevent wrinkles. That is the Gloo stick I have, and it works.
