The graphic designer in the company I am working printed a few pages of our then website for her job interview and told my boss what we did wrong and what needs to change. She then showed her work. She got the job immediately. Sometimes it's good to be bold and straight up tell them what you want to change.

Very helpful. 👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Also, side note, it would be very interesting to see a “5 year/10 year/etc video” of these topics to see what else you have learned in the freelance world and if anything as changed. ☺️👍🏻
