Hello, Do you have any tips on how to find your ideal client? I want to target but I don't know who because I'm afraid of losing my "freedom" in design and therefore doing the same thing too often. I don't know if I'm making myself understood.
What’s your advice on a bad client? I’ve seen your videos and I’m a designer as well. I broke up with this client because we weren’t on the same wave length. But she is now a year later reaching out to me. Do I respond?
she probably realized you were really great to work with and now wants to continue… I wouldn’t do it personally because some people don’t change. But if it was only because you weren’t on the same wave length maybe you can just have more communication with her and try and sort it out that way!

I did see you client break up video, although I have not experienced something similar, my experience with this client is she is low budget and she wants copy and paste type designs meaning she finds stuff off Pinterest and wants me to take those elements and copy what she sees. I do like a client who knows what they want and don't get me wrong I'll use elements and images from things I see, but I change it completely 100% to look original and unique. But she does not like when I design off the path. So thats the tough spot I am in. I'll give it more thought though and maybe can steer her into a good direction where it will work for both of us. Thank you!
@@whitneyobrien528 hmm yeah I have had that happen as well. I would honestly give her what she wants but reposition a lot of it and explain to her that you cannot copy and paste another design so the typography or elements will have to be different. If she doesn’t understand that I would probably cut it off… but totally go off your judgment, you know best!!

Restaurants is a great idea!!! I personally think menus need some design help hahah
