I really want to make this from the video it looks so easy and good but I can't find the actual recipe to print out.....I have tried googling in every which way. It's hard to write down the recipe from the video....any help would be appreciated.

I either use leftover chicken, or a rotisserie chicken. Just if using a rotisserie bird, try to get them when they come out, or shortly thereafter, once they've been under the heat lamps for a couple hours, they get dry, and a bit sketchy.
I made the filling exactly as indicated in the video - But, I didn't use a frozen crust. I almost always do, but today I took it up a couple notches and made a homemade crust. OMG! What a difference in taste! I also discovered I'm no good with a rolling pin. LOL! Love your recipes. You are my new go-to.

This is pretty much how I make it, I use thyme (fresh if I have it) and a bay leaf when cooking filling. Ya, I use per made pie dough as well, in a perfect world, I’d make it homemade, but during bust work week, that ain’t happening.

Like the oven doors. Way past time that oven doors do not fall downward. Over time the door no longer closes tight. Looks good.
