I tend to reach more for citrus fragrances and skin scents when it's hot, like light blue D&G, red Dakota dedcool, Amber vanilla 7 virtues, to name a few. The one tea fragrance I love in the summer in Wulong cha layered with my tea time body cream from glory cloud.
@@ThePerfumeNest Elizabeth Arden green tea body cream may also work. It's a oldie but goodie. I get relaxing spa vibes from that one. Also great for hot weather in my opinion.
My loveliest hot summer fragrance is Hermes' "Un Jardin de la Cythere". Although it's not a fresh scent, it works very well in the heat. For me it is the olfactory memory of some wonderful holidays in Greece.

Another good one Chris. I love Tea Tonique in the high heat, and have just got a 5ml decant of Wulong cha x. Smells lovely, but I will wait for warmer weather here to give it a proper wear. 😃🇦🇺

Even if we try to purchase directly from the house, they sometimes don’t ship to Australia. However, Miller Harris are at a few different retailers, and we could easily get Babycat which I know was hard to source in the US. 🤷🏻♀️

I was on the airport traveling and I was sniffing Aqua Allegoria. I can't believe I don't have any Aqua Allegoria perfumes. Crazy! I love Wulong Cha, I wore it on my vacation in high heat and it was delicious.

I'm wearing You Or Someone Like You right now!😃 I'm trying out a sample and I love it. On first spray I get citrus with a mint plant (not just the minty leaves, but with some vegetal greenness from the stem) the "fresh-picked garden" scent reminds me a little bit of Jardin Sur Le Nil from Hermes. Though I do like this one more because it dries down to such a pleasant light sweet musk on me🥰

Hey there! Oh gosh I have so much love and respect for NICU RNs! My oldest was born premature and I’m so lucky we had lovely nurses taking care of him. To “humanize” him more they would dress him in baby clothes (that were donated to the hospital) and since he was so tiny the clothes would engulf him but it was the sweetest thing. Everyday a new outfit. 🥲 When he finally left and graduated to the step down unit we ordered a cake and lunch for the lovely nurses but I felt like I should have done more. I’m forever grateful. My tiny preemie is now 6’2. 🙏🏻❤️ I love Whispers of Truth! One of my favorite cupcakes! I just wore it yesterday. Where did you get your Paperwork perfumes? I can’t find them in the States…..?❤️

I don’t have any lemony or green freshie 🤣 but what works for me in the heat right now are: Pas ce soir from BDK, Gossip night from Gritti, Mimosa tanneron from Perris Monte Carlo, Pink Boa by Stefan Himbeet Lucas and my only fruity floral freshie Rose Pompon from Goutal. My summer go-to fragrances this year have been Trussardi Donna, Jennifer Lopez Still and Ariana Grande Cloud (layered with Victoria's Secret Midnight Bloom) and, to a lesser degree, Lattafa Liam Grey. I was also using a Dolce Garden dupe from Impressive Bliss until I ran out of it, layering that one with Victoria's Secret Coconut Passion. I bought a 5 ml sample of Kajal Dahab, which is beautiful for warm weather, but I'm rationing that one a bit because, as you know, affordable is my default setting. Blessings to you. Love this list! My go-to for very hot days is Hermes Un Jardin sur la Lagune. I wore it while paddle boarding in the high 90's, and it was just perfect
I can’t remember trying that one! I’ve had FBs of Sur La Nil and Un Méditerraneé and have loved them. The later is the only bottle I still own and it’s getting some good wear time!

I can't wear Chanel no 5 edp either. Have you tried Chanel no 5 EDT , its much lighter and softer. Also lasts on me till the next day, especially when sprayed on clothing. I also have Eau Premiere and L'Eau, theyre all so beautiful. Thank you for your channel, love all your videos 🙂

I have been loving bergamot and hinoki by salt and stone in the high heat. It’s amazing but don’t expect crazy longevity(which is fine bc it’s a large bottle)
Yes I’ve been meaning to try it but the reviews for longevity have been crushing….like brutal. So I haven’t yet and prob won’t. I might get their all natural deodorant.
Oh how fun! Yes leave extra room in your suitcase to bring them home. I kept them in their boxes / bags and rolled them / padded them in clothes . We brought several bottles home and nothing broke 🙌

They are located at "Goethestraße 27", "MyZeil" (Shopping Mall) and at "Große Bockenheimer Straße 37". The service is probably the best at Goethestraße 27, but they are all worth a visit. In Frankfurt there is also a new Xerjoff Boutique (Goetheplatz 5) and another store called 'Kobberger Parfümerie'. It is located at "Thurn-und-Taxis-Platz 1. All the stores are right in the city center.

My summer go-to fragrances this year have been Trussardi Donna, Jennifer Lopez Still and Ariana Grande Cloud (layered with Victoria's Secret Midnight Bloom) and, to a lesser degree, Lattafa Liam Grey. I was also using a Dolce Garden dupe from Impressive Bliss until I ran out of it, layering that one with Victoria's Secret Coconut Passion. I bought a 5 ml sample of Kajal Dahab, which is beautiful for warm weather, but I'm rationing that one a bit because, as you know, affordable is my default setting. Blessings to you. @@ThePerfumeNest Yes, we do seem to have tastes that closely align, don't we? I watch a handful of other fragrance channels, but your taste is more similar to mine than most others I watch. Makes a difference so I watch your reviews most of all. I have only a 1 oz bottle of Donna but it's not super pricey so one of these days, I think I'll get the larger bottle. ~C
Love this list! My go-to for very hot days is Hermes Un Jardin sur la Lagune. I wore it while paddle boarding in the high 90's, and it was just perfect
I can’t remember trying that one! I’ve had FBs of Sur La Nil and Un Méditerraneé and have loved them. The later is the only bottle I still own and it’s getting some good wear time!
I've only sniffed those in the store but have never worn them out. I'll have to try them!

I can't wear Chanel no 5 edp either. Have you tried Chanel no 5 EDT , its much lighter and softer. Also lasts on me till the next day, especially when sprayed on clothing. I also have Eau Premiere and L'Eau, theyre all so beautiful. Thank you for your channel, love all your videos 🙂

I have been loving bergamot and hinoki by salt and stone in the high heat. It’s amazing but don’t expect crazy longevity(which is fine bc it’s a large bottle)
Yes I’ve been meaning to try it but the reviews for longevity have been crushing….like brutal. So I haven’t yet and prob won’t. I might get their all natural deodorant.

Oh how fun! Yes leave extra room in your suitcase to bring them home. I kept them in their boxes / bags and rolled them / padded them in clothes . We brought several bottles home and nothing broke 🙌

@24kgsd In Frankfurt there are several interesting stores. The 'Parfümerie Albrecht' has three different stores. They are located at "Goethestraße 27", "MyZeil" (Shopping Mall) and at "Große Bockenheimer Straße 37". The service is probably the best at Goethestraße 27, but they are all worth a visit. In Frankfurt there is also a new Xerjoff Boutique (Goetheplatz 5) and another store called 'Kobberger Parfümerie'. It is located at "Thurn-und-Taxis-Platz 1. All the stores are right in the city center.
@24kgsd In Nürnberg there are two department stores that have a good variety of Nische Perfumes: Breuninger (Karolinenstraße 34) and Wöhrl (Ludwigsplatz 12-24).
