This guy needs more followers, I learned exactly what I was trying to do from just this one tutorial. 3d modeling is terrifying at first but I've gotten the hang of it to an extent.
Just when i needed it lol I made a pillow manually before (modelling) and its the most uncomfortable pillow in the world I can't do simulations though, tried it one time and had to reboot the PC
Yo, its been two years since this vid but i have to say nice tutorial. Tho is it just me or does this guy have a huge charisma? I kept looking at the face instead of the video like damn you should play in a movie or something.
Can you help me out? My cloth is like too bouncy and thick (kinda like Al dente pasta)... How to make it thinner and more realistic? (I followed your bedsheet tutorial, still same results)
No, subdivide will add faces. Select similar is just selecting the edges of the cube at the moment. You don't really need to use select similar there. Just a shortcut for selecting all the edges of the cube.
Hi, I'm your new subscriber here I have a problem doing the polygon look like what you say in this video, I decided to skip that polygon look and so I keep going with other steps but then I have a problem at sculpting the wrinkles sculpt because I don't get the wrinkles at all after looking at your video even after many time. I don't find what is the reason it can't make the wrinkles on my pillow when in sculpt mode oh yeah, also I use Blender version 2.92 is it will cause a problem because I use the latest version but follow the old Blender version video? I am also a student and I'm still a beginner your video is easy to understand but I still have a problem doing it on my blender only just the wrinkles part is the thing I needed to do and my pillow gonna be done Please help me
hi bro, I have a little problem, the direction of my simulation pressure is reversed, everything is fine after I flip the face, now my object face is red, is that good or bad?
This doesn't look much like a tutorial. It is more of a resume. You are not showing someone how to do this, you are showing advanced users that you know how to do this. It is impressive and just might get you that dream modeling job but I don't see it as being much of a tutorial.
Hm. That's an interesting take. What makes you think I'm showing off not teaching? What are your tutorial notes, I'd love to hear them. I'd hate for anyone to think I'm creating TH-cam content like this to show off. Just scanning the other comments...Hm. Thanks!
great humor haha, helping me learn and giving me a laugh. many thanks !
I appreciate it. I'm glad the slight goofing is well received. ;)
i laughed when he walked away XD
The only tutorials on the internet that dont seem to irritate me, great stuff!
Thank you. Super cool of you to say. Happy holidays!
If you got more of there kind of short tutorial you got a follower ! Loved it ! Thanks !
Thanks Javier! Ya, I'd love to. Been trying to find the time. I got a new little squirt in the house, so it's been difficult. Cheers!
You are positive, I like it!

So glad you enjoyed it. Thank you sir!
This is sooo helpful. Was tryna find a vid where its not too long since I'm rushing for a project, and this is perfect. Thank you soo muchhh~ ♡♡
Thanks man! Glad you dug the vid!
Wow, that was so great, I’m glad you explained the pressure, so it’s the one that makes the pillow puffy. I like your humor, funny guy. Thanks. 👍👌
Thank you so much!
Best one I've found!
HaHAH, thanks. Looking back, this one is a bit cringe. Glad it helped.
thanks something that works lol finally a good tutorial
Oh hush you.

Thanks Bilal!
Good job. Nice guy.
Amazing! Thank you. Besides, you are funny, I love it!
I don't have the pressure option in the cloth settings, I'm currently on blender 2.80 :/
Hmm. You sure? lol.
@@Glowbox3D Yep, I upgraded my blender to 3.01 and then I got the button, but great tutorial anyways :)
Can you help me out? My cloth is like too bouncy and thick (kinda like Al dente pasta)... How to make it thinner and more realistic? (I followed your bedsheet tutorial, still same results)
Are you asking about the bedsheet tutorial, or the pillow? I answered the same question on the bedsheet tutorial. Good luck.
thank you . this tutorial was sub worthy
I don't have select similar on 3.0
Hmm. You do I think, but it's moved. Select>Select Similar should be a menu choice. Make sure you're in Edit mode? Thanks for watching!
I am a beginner. So....Setting a "seam" from the sellect simiar is a lot like subd..thing???

you have a good voice xD
Thanks!
Thanks a lot for this

if you are using blender 3.0 the aply button is under the arrow :)
i wonder why nobody makes a empty scane as start up its easy to make so you not need to delet all the stuff all the time
Scan a pillow? I think that would take longer and may not be a clean scan. This is pretty fast I think.
Thanks a lot , you save my life , Lol
So helpful and awesome! Thanks bro.
Btw I could help but notice, has anybody told you you kinda have a resemblance with actor Rob Schneider. HAHA lol
Thanks! No, never heard Rob Schneider before. He's a funny dude!
shade it
Hehehehe you have R.P Mc murphy's soul
Jack from Cookoo? Hahaha.
@@Glowbox3D hehehe yes.
your way of talking reminded me of him
Ты такой крутой мастер. На одну подушку потратил 100 мг. памяти. 40000 вершин, но как информативно.
He says 'You are such a cool artist. I spent 100 mg per pillow. memory. 40,000 vertices, but how informative.'
Well thank you!
