You can cook the oats in the microwave.. I made this yesterday, and they were legit ready in about 3 minutes. 😳 Just try it with a toothpick for doneness and let it go for 15-30 seconds at a time until done. Life-changing.
@@dr.pragyaverma4082 i usually bake them for 2 min but it depends on your microwave, and I also make sure the mix isn’t too liquid it needs either more oats or less milk, otherwise it ends up kinda weird and uncooked. Hope this helps
what makes you stand out to me amongst vegan youtubers is that you make veganism look so casual and simple and it really is, its really a big break from how much veganism is portrayed online as a way to lose weight and other detox rituals and you are just kind of a reminder that all of that is unnecessary you can still enjoy food when you're vegan
Mina, I've been watching your videos forever now and you never fail to show how veganism doesn't have to be restrictive or "clean". When I was super active in my eating disorder, my treatment teams wanted me to stop being vegan (I've been vegan for almost six years now) and I convinced them that there was a way to be vegan in a healthy nonrestrictive manner that also followed my meal plan. I even showed them your videos and would cook/bake a lot of your recipes. Anyways, what I wanted to say is thank you for your videos, they're so inspirational and calming to watch and truly have helped me through my eating disorder recovery.
I’ve been adding frozen cauliflower to my smoothies for some time now and I love it! 💕 It makes the smoothie creamy and nutritious, and you can’t taste it at all! I also love that vegan baked ricotta recipe. It reminds me of my vegan quiche that’s been on my blog and channel for a while. I’ve been making it for years!

Just wanted to say that you can also pan fry the bananas from recipe 4 on medium heat. I don't know if the taste is the same since I have never baked them but they caramelize the same way but it only takes a few minutes I love the video btw

I made my own version of the cauliflower smoothie and IT IS AMAZING!!!! Here is my recipe, you won’t regret trying 😊 -100-120 gr frozen cauliflower -100 gr applesauce 🍎 🍏 - Some soy milk (sweetened one for extra sweetness) - 2 tablespoon of Nesquik powder (but you can add 1 tablespoon of cacao instead, I just ran out on cacao powder and used what is in my pantry instead) - 1 teaspoon of espresso powder to boost the flavor - Some cinnamon And that’s it folks! It was very very amazing, I definitely recommend trying to experiment with cauliflower smoothies and incorporating them to you diet
Would recommend to use a sheet of baking paper between the foil and the food! Aluminum has really toxic chemicals when heated, so prevent the food by creating a distance. It also tastes the same :)
I always have coffee and sometimes something to eat lol and now I am trying to eat breakfast everyday and it was a success and thanks to you for these breakfast ideas ! I also wanted to lower my coffee intake butI can't I always end up filling a cup for school 🥲

when I lived in Berlin for a month I almost only ate food from too good to go. Would totally recommend that! ❤️
