This is so badass. Letting your bud who’s been there working with you drive your race car?! This is what life is about. Not just living. Not just racing. But having friends and doing it with friends. F yeah.
BLASPHEMI Is my all time favorite Chevy Drag Car! I have watched it from its beginnings, and I love that it just getting more refined and faster! Good job Mike and Co!
Almost as good as Lucky and Tony. Man I miss him on HR Garage. I don’t even watch the show anymore. The chemistry between Lucky and Alex is so cringe. Alex is just trying too hard and it isn’t working imo.
@@danmyers9372good not just me then. I always found her content great but the delivery grated with me if I'm honest, but if it helps pull younger people in that's good.
Incredible to see the progress on this car. It finally has got some great testing and all the variables properly worked out. Big shoutout to Pete and all the legends there helping the process!!
Pete, in my opinion is one of the best "unknown" engine builders and tuners, and I mean that in a nice, u always here proline, Noonan, Steve Morris, but the people that use him know he's legit, between people like cleetus,, Finnegan he's gonna get to the point where u will never get an engine done by him between tuning, building
@cmwhitt18 doesn't have the suspension to put the power to the ground either, how many years has Finnegan been dialing in that car? A lot, so I don't care if he puts a 500 shot of NOS on it too it wouldn't be a race
Tony and Mike love the energy y'all have. There is so much trust between y'all. It's like y'all are brothers having a great time together!!! Can't wait for drag week video it'll be epic. Please make it a multi part documentary style movie!!
It's been at least 20yrs since I made a pass at Moorseville dragway. They had that baby dialed my car no changes rans 2.5tenths faster there. All from the 60ft all most .1 in just the 60 to make the rest of the run. Great place to test and race just wish I lived closer to them.
Can't help but laugh, back in the day it always seemed whenever Tony drove something it blew up. Good vibes from better days, you two are great together.
I would happily watch a channel of Finn and Angelo doing what they do. They are like Freiburger and Dulcich but classier! Think Roadkill without the stink……… Finn/Angelo are you listening? Get together and figure this out! Looking at the comments your fan base is speaking loud and clear. Good luck gentlemen!
Never ran a RWD at the track.. started out with an AWD, in the end it ran 130mph trap speeds as a daily driver on street tires. At first when I bought it I could barely change a tire. A couple years later, I was building the motor and tuning it myself. Got out of the game 15 years ago but I just picked up a RWD from the 80's and looking forward to taking it out to the track next year if all goes well and having some fun.
I will forever love Blasphemi. Seeing how it started from a rusty bare shell to what it is today is the epidemy of having a dream and chasing it down. Can't wait to see you guys on the Drag Week Live Stream. Good luck and stay safe!
Cool video and great double act along with the rest of the team. Really enjoyed this. Goes to show how many things there are to get right in 'just' going fast in a straight line!
Bless Tony he doesn't intend to break your stuff but he is always there to help you fix it . Might have something to do with the fact that Blasphemi has a longer checklist than an Airbus 320 .
The entire Roadkill ecosphere you and Fryburger built is great (understatement) , but you and Tony make an excellent team when there's a deadline involved. You two have this organic way of playing off each other while keeping upur eyes on the prize that just works.
It's crazy because everybody in this video knows what they're doing. Has an idea of what's going wrong and just keeps plugging away. If I owned a race team I would ask all these guys if they wanted to be part of it.
Too many channels...wondering why this seemed so familiar, forgot that "Stay Tuned" released their footage last week. Thanks for the "alternate" version...fun to watch both sides of it. Have a good one.
Yep, I was trying to figure out how I have already seen the video but didn't recognize the title and none of the comments have a thumbs up from me. It wasn't this channel, but I did see it! You unstuck my brain!
Tony is legit, hes paid hes due's an then some. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses and to say you dont, then be prepared to buy new glass for you house because you threw to many rocks
1:13.00 - ”We have whupped on that engine since last year and it has not given us any problems.” (Entire viewing audience knocks on wood and crosses fingers.)
Tony Angelo has a great vibe. I love his channel. Great episode. I’ll add that drag racing seems ridiculously finicky. Finicky with Finnegan. I prefer roadkill-style content but I’m expanding my horizons. Keep up the great content. You’re closing in on a million subs.
I'm with Pete, just dump the clutch as fast as Mike Finnegan possible. Weld up a set of gasser classic wheelie bars and have those on , UNTIL you get the Bangshft and associated stuff set to what the car likes. Then take the wheelie bars off. Will probably find a weak link down the line , but that's Drag Racing. It costs money to be famous , if no money? , then infamous.
i know enough about computers to know, what your describing sounds like a memory fault of some kind in the ecu. This usually happens over x-amount of saves {usually thousands},or if the memory is overheated. might be a good idea to slap a few stick on copper heat-sinks to the ecu and try to bring its temp down to keep the memory happy. 👍👍👍
As far as the bang shift Billy. I think you need to have the pedal stop just after engagement. Otherwise it's letting the clutch out slowly through the dead travel before the clutch is anywhere near grabbing.
I would never give Tony shit about how tall he is! I wouldn't want to fight that Cat! He's a scrappy Dude! He could kick ass! Also, He is a wheelman par excellence! That dude can drive it like he stole it! Are you kidding me? Great Guy too!
Before the next road/drag event I hope u get a four corner alignment since there’s so much rear steer in the car to get it to launch straight!! Just so u don’t wear out a set of skinny front tires in 50 miles.
Tony is a Must for Dragweek. I will never forget him bench pressing the trans during the first Dragweek. He is a true car bro
100% Tony needs to be there he's a proper good dude
Love tony. Never forget the bench pressing.

Good to see fin actually having fun with the car and smiling Tony’s such a good wingman at the track you guys make the best duo
Awesome duo. Super cool Finnegan letting Tony get licensed in his car!
BLASPHEMI Is my all time favorite Chevy Drag Car! I have watched it from its beginnings, and I love that it just getting more refined and faster! Good job Mike and Co!
So cool to hear the detailed explanation of the whole sequence, from burn-out to finish
I agree.. Finn and Tony have the best chemistry… They need to do their own show… Be like dulcheck and friburger
I totally agree. The best Roadkill episodes were the ones with Mike and Tony.
Almost as good as Lucky and Tony. Man I miss him on HR Garage. I don’t even watch the show anymore. The chemistry between Lucky and Alex is so cringe. Alex is just trying too hard and it isn’t working imo.
Hotrod Philly.
@@danmyers9372 I blame MotorTrend for the cringe. Her TH-cam content is way better than what HRG put out after Tony left.

ARE YOUUUU?????
I get what you did there👍
@ericgregorash6590 why are you looking for someone🤣🤣
Guys will read your comment and think “hell yeah”
We need a race between Blasphemi and Tony's Nascar powered 55, once he gets it dialed in.
@@bdmorganseventyfive Tony's car just doesn't have the HP to hang with Finnegan
Tony's car make 900 na just a little juice or flex fuel they would be way closer than you think
