2005 Ford Five-Hundred Limp-Home & Control Arm Concerns

Had a friend get rear-ended and had her car totaled by an uninsured motorist, she lost her car and had to buy this 05 Ford Five-Hundred. She then lost her job a week later and is now getting evicted because the rental company is restoring all of their apartments. Talk about a crappy few weeks! Anyway, this thing has 175,000 and would loose power when driving. Would end up in limp-home mode until you restarted it then would be fine for another day or so. Check engine was on and it did throw a couple of throttle body codes. It also needed some suspension work, some basic maintenance as well as a brake fluid flush. Heres some of what was done.
