They legally get it signed mandatory from us. What does ATHER extracts from us? Do we have a setting or option to deny giving them the data? This terms and conditions matter should also be an important concern checked by the EV reviewers openly here after.
The driving data is very helpful for companies to improve their products. It's good for us as a customer. Also how we drive, where we drive, how many times we charge our riding style. All this data isn't sensitive and no one would have a problem sharing it with the manufacturer. At least I don't care. And why would i?

भाइयों मैंने 15 दिन पहले ही ऐथर रिजटा एस मॉडल परचेस किया है। कंपनी इस गाड़ी का एवरेज 123 किमी कह रही है लेकिन यह सरासर झूठ है। यह गाड़ी ईको मोड़ पर सिर्फ 100 किलोमीटर और जिप मोड पर 75 किलोमीटर चलती है इसके उपरांत ईको मोड़ पर यह गाड़ी चलने में बहुत दबती है। 30-35 की स्पीड से ऊपर जाती नहीं है. और इसकी सबसे बड़ी कमी यह गाड़ी फुल बैटरी चार्ज होने में 7 से 8 घंटे लेती है जोकि बड़ा पकाऊ है। गाड़ी लुकिंग में अच्छी है ।

When I was 18 I use to think 120 kmph was safe speed. As I grew older the safe speed start reducing. Now I am in my 40’s now I think 40 KMPH is safe speed. So moral of the story is Just be safe by riding safe n enjoy your rides and drives.
