      Thank you for sharing your experience! It's amazing how liberating it can feel to let go of things that no longer serve us. This aligns so well with Buddhist teachings about detachment and finding inner peace. How has embracing this sense of freedom impacted your life moving forward? We'd love to hear more from you and keep the conversation going!

    For those who suffer from anxiety
    1. Salt
    2. Used wallet or purse
    3. Mirrors
    4. Locks
    5. Used Mattress
    6. Objects related to the deceased
    7. Picked up items
    My vibrations are too high for this to effect my world. I create my own reality with my mind. For those who are superstitious and religious this advice may help. You are welcome 😊.

    This doesn’t make sense. What do we do then with entities like Goodwill, Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity stores? All they have are used items. Are they contributing to the transfer of bad energies from previous owners? Should we not buy from them anymore? These are humanitarian organizations and their customers help provide employment to some people who are just starting to get back on their feet. Humbly asking for clarification…

    Imagine every time we sit on a bus or a train we absorb someone else’s energy (sometimes you literally feel it - as the seat is still warm!) but also residual energy of others sitting on that seat throughout the day… it is short term but still it constantly is intertwined with our energy that’s why living in big cities makes us feel tired. Also hot desking in the offices… the shared bicycles we ride, the cars and flats we rent….

    • @godschildyes
      @godschildyes 14 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      That's why I don't ride on those. I always felt horrible energy on buses! 😮

    • @mjinba07
      @mjinba07 13 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Seems unreasonable that one should avoid contact with all things that others have "imbued" with their energies just through contact. For starters, they weren't the only ones to have contact with the object, especially not on public transportation. And most people's energy is just fine.
      Secondly, e v e r y t h i n g has been handled by someone else. Right down to whomever gathered the raw materials for manufacture. Buddhism emphasizes this - interdependence. We can be grateful for everyone's contribution to the objects and conditions that make up the landscape of our lives and enable our continued growth.
      Thirdly, every time we honor and accommodate anxiety, we reinforce it. Stepping over a crack in the sidewalk only increases one's superstition that stepping on it will bring bad luck.
      So how can one live with this strategy? The only way would be like a monk, in an isolated place of nature with only a few objects that were personally vetted. This isn't a sensible option for most people. We're born into this world, we navigate and live in the world.
      It makes more sense to maintain one's own energy boundary, not letting external energies into one's personal space when they're not desirable. Keeping your own home free of negative vibes is one thing, engaging with the world is another. We don't have to absorb energies willynilly, and we shouldn't. We also shouldn't try to wall ourselves off from it.

    • @gemmahart3985
      @gemmahart3985 13 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@mjinba07 well said, I agree, I was just saying that big cities can be tiring, because of the amount of energy that goes around. But, now I think it is mainly tiring because of noise, pollution, fast food, etc, not primarily people’s energies. yesterday I was thinking of my this comment and realised that the places where there are people (not too crowded ,but lively places) do energise me. That’s why people like to dine out, go to shops and cafes, theatres. I have an option to work from home but I choose to be in the office as I like being in the flow and interact with others in real rather than remotely. This can also create attachments. It’s all about balance… which is easier said than done though…

    • @mjinba07
      @mjinba07 13 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@gemmahart3985 I hear you. I lived in a large metropolitan city for 20 years. A fairly nice one actually. While all the resources and available activities were great - arts, restaurants, specialty shops, differing cultures, etc. - I eventually started feeling overstimulated by the hubbub, the noise, the smells, the constant motion... So I relocated to a small town where things move at a slower pace. There are drawbacks for sure but life's more manageable.
      I've been "out in the sticks" for almost 30 years now and don't regret it one bit. When I go back to the city for visits or errands, it's easier to handle even though it's gotten so much bigger and busier.
      I do think objects and places can have their own energies, and also that our own sense of peace can work its way into our homes and frequented spaces. I've seen it in action. But the video probably goes too far in warning about every day objects and "inheriting" negative energy automatically. We're just not that fragile. And we do have to practice boundaries.
      You're absolutely right about balance, too. Good luck to you!

      I think by extending usage of such things which we personally consider perfect, valuable we show respect to those who made it and by that we show respect to people before us at all. There is a creators soul in things , and not much soul of their previous users. Beautifull perfect things were made by beautifull people who were capable to develop them
      Throwing away on basic that thing was already possesed by someone means disregard to people and overvaluating self over others., .If we do not consider something as magic like say dress of very famous person then old possesion is easy to reset and by adding our values to it with time it may be gone. Of course not all things should be recognized as valuable and perfect spaecialy when are visibly wear, not uniqualy designed and disponsable as salt vallet or matress

      Thank you for your question! According to Buddhist teachings, the focus is on the intention and mindfulness behind the action. If the salt is unopened and you feel it’s offered with good intentions, it can be acceptable. Always consider the context and your own mindful judgment. 🙏

    What was not mentioned, in attachments, to the deceased..thatand it is so important, is that people ,who keep ashes , by demand of the decedent. My sister and my nieces and nephews, were told by the father husband deceased, to all keep a part of his cremated ashes. He was a hateful , pernicious and sadly , an unman. That energy still abounds in their individuated envirements, and affects them all negatively.
    Talk about overbearing manipulation.
    He is as fuct up in death, as he was in life. He is paying now, dearly.
    -for his life of sin, dictated, by unbridled graspingness and predatory self centeredness.

    Nothing wrong with 'negativity'; have you ever seen a battery with two positive terminals?
    Negativity is part of a balanced consciousness. Just like anger, it has its place. Unless you are part of the narcissist religion.

    Personally, i don't like used items
    But still, items or any none living thing has no potential harm to anyone even when it has been instructed in anyways.
    Just don't believe in those mythologies. Believe in God and say one prayer for those items and you are done.
