I told a woman yesterday on The 24 Hour carnivore livestream with Coach Stephen I caught the last 3 hours or so , anyway I told her you were helping your son with keto because she has a grandson that has autism and is trying to help him, so she said she would check your channel out! I gave her the recipe for the keto/carnivore pizzas you make for your son .And I mentioned you make keto/carnivore pancakes for him for breakfast if I remember correctly!! Love your channel!!! Thanks. They were really good but like I said in the video my son didn't like them because of the salty and sweet. I need to try them again with a flavor like vanilla and maybe unsalted butter. He'd probably probably like that. I on the other hand enjoy a good salty sweet combo. It's just these aren't really for me and it's not something I would eat on a regular basis lol. So back to the drawing board.
Keto chow seems to be magic! Wow! : ) Awesome idea. We have some silicone molds I was thinking about how I should use them. Your molds are so cute, too! Is this the first time you've had something "sweet" ?
No I've also tried the ice cream that I made for Zach as well. I generally stay away from most things that are sweet but since he went Keto and I've been trying all of these things for him, I've taste tested them. The cool thing is it hasn't led to any cravings or anything.
I never thought of mixing ketochow with the bites! Just plain though, I found salted butter to be ewie. I love salt but browned salted butter is way too salty to me.
Okay good to know that flavors that aren't necessarily salty will turn out too salty with the salted butter. I will try one with unsalted butter and a sweeter flavor for him next time.

Hmmm. I've never tried brown butter, but I don't like the taste if unsalted butter by itself.
Yes, I did a version of these. I ended up going with unsalted butter, because I thought it was too salty.
Good to know. Did you use the Keto Chow in there and if so, what flavor?
