Judge has not studied the case..Judge is not at all allowing the petitioner to fully present police transgressions and all the other points of his case... it is deeply disturbing to watch the injustice perpetuated by this court of India

Third class court proceedings....the judge did not prepare and read the case before the hearing.

Judge is biased ,feels like he is acting like advocate,very bad ,not ready to listen
if judge had allowed this old retd officer to speak fully and freely on the case.... it would have exposed the malafieds and malicious acts of police ... that is why this Judge is very cleverly not at all giving opportunity to this old person to tell all the points comfortably and peacefully..... this is clear cut judicial cover up of misdeeds of higher officers of police !! Shame.....

Is judge ne aaj tak kisi ki bi arji pass nahi ki. Lakho case sune par sab koi baat koi galti nikal hi deta hai.

My God .. A judge's job is very hard & difficult.. .
Deputy Commisioners has been trained for adnudication and also have the power to deliver best assessment judgement and have very good understandings of the acts.. here in my humble opinion mi lord has been questioning to the investment of 80-90 lakh beyond the scope of petition by asking from where you get this penny...which is totally unrelevant

बुज़ुर्ग को नॉलेज है नहीं law की, जस्टिस साहब का ना legal सवाल समझ आ रहा है बुज़ुर्ग को ना उसका reply दे पा रहे बुज़ुर्ग... के मुझे यह बतायें की Article 226 में कहां provision है की मै मिनी trial कर सकता हूं, Law बतायें बुज़ुर्ग बता नहीं पा रहे law.... मेरी राय में बुज़ुर्ग किसी एडवोकेट से समझ के आएं....

By seeing 2 court proceedings one thing is clear.Court ke bahar mamle kyun sulat jate hain , ek normal person ko Saab Sara constitution, sare articles , sare clause ratwa denge tab Tak jiska case hoga vo jinda bhi rahega .That's why Indian movie dialogue on court cases are very famous😂😂😂😂

लगता है इस चैनल वाले के कुछ समझ में ही नहीं आया। इसी लिए वीडियो देखने वालों को भी कंफ्यूज कर दिया। मुकदमा तो उधार लेने वाली कंपनी के खिलाफ है। जिसने बचने के लिए इन लोगों के खिलाफ मुकदमा कर दिया। बेटी ने पिता के खिलाफ का टाइटल वीडियो बनाने वाले ने बेमतलब ही लिख दिया।
