की ,जज साहब ने , वकील साहब की पेंट। गिली कर दी , ,वकील साहब बगलें झांक ने लगे , जज साहब की नाराजगी देख कर वकील साहब सकपका ने लगे ,
अब मुझे लग रहा की जज साहब ,
वकील साहब , अपने ही गेम में फांस गए है ,
अब वकील साहब को ,जज साहब को ,100% सच बताना ही पड़ेगा ,
वर्ण वकील साहब भी बच नहीं पाएंगे ।
यह केस लोगों के लिए नसीहत है की वकील चुनते समय सावधानी बरतें, वरना, "लेने गई थी पुत, खो आई खसम", जैसी हालत हो सकती है।

वाह वकील तेरा पिता जैसा सामने बैठा है उससे होशियारी करता है। फर्जी दस्तावेज तैयार किया है क्या ? ऊपर से बहस करता है। इसका सारे ग्राहकों का गहराई से जांच शुरू हो जाए तो सही हों । कितना confidenc से टेढ़ा खड़ा होकर जज साहब को प्रभावित करने की कोशिश कर रहा था

Despite the judge bring candid ND strict, the advocates try to hoodwink the courts. Why strict action against such advocates is not taken for giving wrong counselling to the clients, which is not in conformity to professional ethics.
Because the affidavit submitted before the Hon'ble Court is by the client and not the advocate. The advocate is arguing on behalf of his client believing that the contents of the affidavit are true. Therefore the clients should make sure that the content of any affidavit are true and contains no offensive disclosures.
Lawyers who come to high court unprepared must be sanctioned.
Stronger Judiciary is fair decision on merits would have inspired confidence in people
Some advocates are more dangerous than criminals. This advocates should be jailed for ten years without perole.
Problem is that courts don't punish the advocates, whose intentions clearly amounts to cheating of court.
If CJI is seriously concerned about the number of pending cases in the courts, then must consider the attitude/behaviour of advocates towards the courts/Nation/Citizens of this country.

सिर्फ तेज़ और अंग्रेज़ी बोलकर कोई केस नहीं जीता जा सकता।
नमाज़ पढ़ने गए रोज़े गले पड़ गए। property का मालिक मानेगा ही नही कि उसने सत्रह लाख कैश भी लिया था और ख़रीदार ये बताकर खुद फंस गया अब इनकम टैक्स में कैश का सोर्स तो बताना ही पड़ेगा वो फाईल अलग खुल गई वहां। पड़ी लाठी ले ली वकील के कहने पर परचेजर ने 😂😂
प्रेयर ही क्लियर नहीं बनाई या उस अनुसार ड्राफ्टिंग नही इसलिए गोल पोस्ट ही चेंज हो गया इसलिए फस गए ।

Janab-e-ala sunte aur padte kam hain, but bolte zayada hain, which is why he pretends to pass an order, but without knowing & understanding the facts of the case appropriately.
Janab-e-ala, please hear the matters patiently, and let the Advocates & the litigants speak, so that they can put their case before the Hon'ble Court correctly, and thereafter, pronounce the order/judgement ASAP.

@@anilgupta-hz5frSir you are correct that sale deed is done by the circle rate. However when you are purchasing a property via an ATS for more than the circle rate, then you cannot lie in the sale deed that you purchased the property for a lower amount.
