I’ve been eating half of a large seeded watermelon for lunch (no breakfast) and vegetables for dinner, and I am averaging 5 bounds per week of weight loss. I work 4 hours a day unloading trucks, so that helps out a lot too.

NaturalsBest On my work days...I do fasted Cardio at 4am before work, intermittent fasting with eating 1200 calories per day, limit my sugar & soda intake, then do a 30 min workout 3 to 4 times per week. I agree if I lose 7 lbs eating only watermelon no more water fast for me😊

Awesome! Great job! Its never easy in the beginning. I did a 7 day (split) water fast and lost 8 pounds (i think-somewhere around that). Now, im on day 1 of my 5 day watermelon fast. Trynna get to 135 feom 153.
I just started a 10 day watermelon fast. But only difference is i will consume low calorie drinks in moderation. I did this before and it was good and it was easy just gets repetitive. But least I get to eat. I just need some good weightloss.
Add more fruits because fruits are H30 source of water 💧. Fruits heal while vegetables help with our growth. Please watch the combination of fruits and vegetables however. They can weigh us down like that Thanksgiving supper. NEGASH.
The next time you try a watermelon fast buy a seeded watermelon and juice it. Juice the entire watermelon., skin, flesh and seeds juiced in a blender. Try it and see if you like it? As you progress you can add strawberries, blue berries and rasp berries with the watermelon 3 to 5 days.

Curious because i only eat natural seeded watermelons, when doing a watermelon fast, do you just swallow the screens or chew them, would that not interfere with the fast or is it actually beneficial? Cause in nature it would seem natural to chew a few seeds.
@@VinnyDaDon1 Yes I understand that, I am just curious if they would interfere with the fast/detox because in fasting/detoxing we are told to stay away from fat/protein as they slow down or stop the fast/detox process.

Losing weight is inevitable if you plan to cleanse your body. Cleansing your body is more important than holding on to weight that has been built up from bad eating habits.

Today is my 5th day doing watermelon fasting and believe me I think I'll go all the way to 21 days.

Just eat fruit in general. I got yellow & red meat watermelon. Cherries, black grapes and strawberry's for lunch every day.

if you like grapes that’s a great fruit to detox with. darker the better
Some people do orange fast. It has a lot of sugar but, it’s natural sugar and our body knows how to digest it.
Actually papaya has the most water 99.99%. Make sure if you choose grapes it has seeds in it this is very important
