    You're so brilliant! You'll love the consulting clubs at Berkeley like BC, Voyager, or TBG they work on really prestigious projects in businesses and tech that MET students are a part of

    you’re an amazing scholar, and i’m so happy for you!!! i’ve maintained a good gpa in highschool with rigorous classes, i’m just struggling with getting a good act score. do you have an tips on how to study to get the best possible score i can?

      Seriously just take as many practice tests as you need, review incorrect answers, and study what you got wrong.

    You can take AP calc AB and AP calc BC in the same year? I don’t have a strong suit in math but I want to pursue a math heavy field. Do you recommend I should try to take both the same year if my HS offers it?

      However, that will cost me to lose one of my two electives, Culinary and Spanish. Do you think it’s worth it? Or should I just play it safe and take pre calc over the summer?

      hi, so sorry that i just saw this! for me personally, i skipped AP Calc AB and went straight to Calc BC from Precalc. i think that you should definitely try to take advanced math courses and involve in math related extracurriculars if you are set on pursuing a math heavy field in the future. i agree with the comment above that you should aim to take precalc over the summer. i hope this helps, let me know if you have any other questions! :)

    If my school measures gpa (weighted) out of 5 where an A in honors/ap is a 5 and a B is a 4 and so on. What would be a competitive gpa at top schools? Thanks!

      i would say a competitive gpa would be mostly A's and B's, but remember that grades are only one factor that colleges consider! :)
