I love your cooking . You do it so simple to follow. I had recently cooked the zesty ketchup prawns.It super delicious!! The only thing I couldn't find is the Kecap Manis so I went online to look for own homemade kecap manis .Now I always looking forward to your next coming up recipes.Living in England will never be able to find authentic Chinese foods.Thank you so much Chef. Forgot to mention I did the Muah Chee too. Yummy!

Yes, you can replace one or 2 chicken egg with salted egg...maybe add less salt or soy sauce.
