hey Exo, you are right...you can stack the Landwaves to get height. Not my intended purpose though. It is sold with multiple ramps and the deck (you called a table) to stack. I have seen on the amazon page towards the bottom the different setups...2 ramps side by side, followed by decks side by side with ramps on top, followed by 2 decks stacked on each other side by side with ramps on top, followed by 3 decks stacked on each other side by side with ramps on top, followed by 4 decks stacked on each other side by side with ramps on top, followed by 5 decks stacked on each other side by side with ramps on top. At 12 inches high each, that is a double 6 foot high ramp! Not what I need, I am getting the one you have. Thanks for the review.
Hi SIR I LOVE the RAMPS. So COOL LOVE the way that they lock together. PERFECT for Racing SIR. THANKYOU for SHARING/POSTING. IM STILL LOVING YOUR PROPERTY SIR AMAZING,🇬🇧💂🇺🇸🗽♥️💯👍🤩
I've been using those landwave ramps for over a year. I put a used tire with notches underneath two of them to increase my angle. They are falling apart now from many jumps and I've crashed into them full speed with my 30 pound Outcast 8s and EXB K8S doing like 50 MPH. So they are very durable.
Great video! With these ramps, you can create higher ramps by stacking a ramp on top of a deck. So you would have a ramp and a deck on the bottom row, and a ramp on top of the deck on the top row. That way, you have a two-foot high ramp. You can keep going, and make the ramp as tall as you want. If the ramps had a transition, you wouldn't be able to build them taller. But yeah, it's the same angle for the entire climb.
Also when your RC is in the air you can use you brake use you forward and reverse to level the RC out but it happens fast and please remember this right before it lands DO NOT have the throttle going or have your brake on or in reverse let it land with the tires moving freely or you will break any number of things, gears ect, So use the tires to level then right before it lands just let the tire moving freely doing this will save you from having to constantly having to replace any number of gears or the main Diff, i hope this tip helps someone it did me and it will take time to learn how to level your RC and put your RC in neutral right before it lands. This is how you can do back flips while in the air by giving your RC full speed and the tire is what is moving your RC while in the air BUT please have your motor not running when it lands. And have fun!
I've had these for a few months. With the rubber feet they are stackable. I run them side by side like u but put 2 2x8' s under them to get a better kick. BTW I store these under the rear of my car flat bed trailer. Forgot they were there and raised the front of the trailer to hook it up. The trailer started to lift cause it couldn't pivot. These are super tough and weren't damaged cause I'm an idiot occasionally...
Sure u can lock those black ones, what I did was cut off those edges on the ramp side so u can put closer together then use a couple bolts with washers to hold them together... Easy peasy I use butter fly nuts for easy take down
Half and half simple green and water. Spray the whole car. Let it sit for a few mins then blow it off. Did my filthy Infraction Sunday, worked awesome. I didn't spray my added fans since those aren't waterproof.
man if they made those with a bit of transition they would be so perfect. I have some of those old ones like yours that have transition and I wish companies still made them
So odd that a company hasn’t made plastic transition ramps like the old eight tens. Would sell really good considering there are not many options for portable light weight launch ramps
I think the idea of buying a ramp is for wheelbase designed transitions. It is cool to be able to set up different configurations but the ramp itself is resembles a piece of plywood and a couple 2x4's. I guess time will tell as to whether they make an appearance more often than not.
Look for video's that talks about how to level your RC in the air and take your finger off the motor off the remote right before it lands that is so very critical to let your tires moving freely when it lands and it's your tires that will make your RC do back flips ect, and they also level out your RC BUT do not have your motor moving your tires when you land after the tires are back on ground then you can take off and repeat. Have Fun!
I took 2 of the old style and cut the wall off one and removed a few rows of the flaps underneath and then I made 2 ramps into one ramp....I'll post a video this week
They’re alright but the wedge non transition is a no go for me. Have no idea why a company hasn’t made a larger version of the older transition eight ten ramps. They would sell like hot cakes if they were lockable like these and perhaps a little bigger than the older ones
C'mon over $70 for PLASTIC? I mean I didn't create them and I get it there's a bit of overhead and a little bit of R & D but......plastic......Shouldn't cost this much for plastic
🤘🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻 thanks for the shout out. Yep I love these portable ramps too. Bit pricey but worth while if you want to bring ramps wherever you bash.
The tires hitting the ramp looked awsome an was super helpful to help make jumps an ramps.lucky dog having 4 stuck together!
I bought these last fall. Very happy with them. 👍

I picked these ramps up awhile back and did a video. I use them here and there, but they just dnt have the pop.
That and the price. Wow.
Yeah they will work for the track I’ll eventually have
@@ExocagedRC sickkkk
They are cool just wish they had the swoop that the old ones have. Thank you for your videos. You teach me a lot Exo.
Good stuff bro. Them ramps are perfect for yard bashing.
I’ve been using these for 2 years. They are awesome
Very awesome video. Great jump ramps look like quality!
They're ok I guess....no transition definitely kicks the rear of the RC up. Seems very expensive for what it is.

oh sweet! i've wondered about these as well as the stackables. danno whichuns to get.

hey @Exocaged RC got any tips for cleaning your RC's after a good day of bashing?

Cover them with astroturf carpet???
Kept waiting for you to jump a crawler!
Long jump competition??
Hahaha that song! 😂

How about the LMT liked to seen how that works out appreciate you sharing
What brand are those plastic, stackable transition ramps you showed?
Landwave
They are eight ten ramps. Not made anymore but can usually be found on marketplace
Cool video man.
Whats a link to a good ramp that you can get some air with got a xmaxx

Iv gotta have some of those

How much are they
Could of cut the lips off the bottom of the old ones and bolted them together cheers Joe great video
I’m not seeing a vitavon logo on these are you sure they are tough enough! 😂👍
Just wait a few weeks, hes going to add some Machined Aluminum there hahah
Put them up on the other pile and give them more height
I took 2 of the old style and cut the wall off one and removed a few rows of the flaps underneath and then I made 2 ramps into one ramp....I'll post a video this week
Thinking of doing that on mine. Did you every make a vid?
@VetteWay2Fast I believe I posted a short on my TH-cam and a few videos using it didn't get out much this summer the heat was to much for me
Just throw a piece of carpet on the old ramp. No more gap.
yeah I've done that a lot
Lmao 1200 pounds lol
Use some pool noodles to cover the locking pieces
They’re alright but the wedge non transition is a no go for me. Have no idea why a company hasn’t made a larger version of the older transition eight ten ramps. They would sell like hot cakes if they were lockable like these and perhaps a little bigger than the older ones
$150 for two! Ouch
I would pay 20 bucks for one. They're friken molds cmon
You sure look good for a 1200lb man lol
too much money for that height of fun, i built a bigger ramp with a lip for 15 bucks and my brushed stampded catches 15ft air
Oh yeah I’ve got a much much bigger ramp. For what I’m wanting to do with them for racing they are perfect with the dirt transition on them
The price is way too high
C'mon over $70 for PLASTIC? I mean I didn't create them and I get it there's a bit of overhead and a little bit of R & D but......plastic......Shouldn't cost this much for plastic
Wow $400 for a ramp that really has no purpose complete waste of money⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️
Not really for my purpose. They are really good for what I want. Now a height jump would be totally different
@@ExocagedRC not really unfortunately lol
