    Thank you for the video. Martial Arts has literally saved my life. Not just the physical health benefits, but also, the mental/emotional/spiritual. I would not be well right now without it. God bless you.

    Mr Dan Lok: My name is Matias, i'm from a little town in Chile called Santa Cruz and we don't have many options to learn martial arts, so i decided to take your videos and divide them into 4 sections (theory, weapons, movement and conditioning) so i can train more effectively your technics . I invited a couple of my friends and buy focus mittens so we can do some sparring sessions and analize the legacy of bruce lee.
    So, what i actually wanted to say is...thanks, from the bottom of my hearth. This non profit project of yours is touching people all around the world cause we can see that your intention is pure, your altruism is a beacon of hope on this highly egotistic society of today.
    Thanks from a regular man in the corner of the earth.
    Thanks sifu.

    Right so this is what forms were for... lol At least in part... The moves for example in SLT, many of them are to focus on loosening up key parts of the arms, ligaments and muscles as well as training to turn on and off key muscles with correct timing...

  • @Pipes1977
    @Pipes1977 6 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    How long (total duration) do you suggest a warm up to be?

    • @DanLok
      @DanLok  6 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Could be 15 - 20 mins. You want to get some heat in your body before all the punching and kicking.

  • @Mdp52
