    If I do this, my face swells up more + breakout (qi stagnation due to deficiency). I couldn’t figure it out for the longest time & I spent so much on a recommended genuine white jade guasha. Now I apply much gentler pressure & make a habit of it every evening, and in time my skin gets better: smoother, softer, better colour & heals faster. My nasal congestion (swelling) also gets better. I still have to figure out how to use it for preventative sculpting, but for now I’m just happy to stimulate some meridians >:D A personal lesson I learned from this is to be super gentle with myself especially when I don’t like what I see in the mirror. With patience & consistency, even small habits will yield great results.

    Just add more reps, don’t put too much pressure on your face, the lymph system is NOT that deep that you need to be jamming down on your face like that.

    I definitely see it. My question is, the more you do this can you do it less overtime?

      Yes! The more you work the area, the longer-term the results can be!

    Why your gua sha is different then the normal one?

    • @Lanshin
      @Lanshin  25 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      Sandra is using the Lanshin Pro Tool here -- it's our patented tool that has multiple types of edges (like the sculpting lip and the comb edge), which provide extra functionality for Gua Sha!

    aren’t you meant to work downwards with your gua sha tool?

    • @Lanshin
      @Lanshin  ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Common misconception! That is a Lymphatic Drainage guideline -- where in Gua Sha, we do a lot more than just lymphatic drainage! Check out our Instagram for a more in-depth dive into the differences between the practices!
