Mine across the street just got it… I been goin to the one across town… I just went across the street tonight and got humbled… it starts off at 105… I’m not strong enough yet
They just added this machine to mine! They added a different variant and people were lining up to use it haha. I wonder tho.. Is PF going to raise the membership price?
There is a mechanical advantage to the angle of the machine, right? I’ve been practicing sissy squats on the hack machine and I can do a few with weight… but I still can’t quite do them upright with no assistance
Hey there! Yes, the angle supports your back and helps you better control the movement. Being able to do sissy squats on a hack squat with weight is great work. Doing them unassisted upright is hard but with practice on the machine you’ll build the strength and control you need to do the movement. Keep it up!
I am so happy to see Planet Fitness adding the hack squat machine and the machine that targets your glutes. Way to go guys🎉🎉🎉😂❤
I knew you would come through with a tutorial ❤
You know it! 😌
I’ve been going to my PF for 2 years now and I want to try squats but I’m nervous. I’m 51 with some arthritis in my knees.
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK 👍
I hope they get one of these at mine. Doing my ghetto hack squats on the smith work ok. But i'd so much rather this.

You should do this for all the new equipment at PF
Thank you! 👍

I just discovered one at mine today! So excited!

We have got to stop saying squat movements train hamstrings
Ehhh they do….
That’s like saying bench press doesn’t train front delts or triceps
No we don't
That's not the same at all? Hamstrings really do not get meaningful work on squats... @@elihughes1801
