Grinding the texture of sand is worthless information. My three grinders do not have a sand setting. Rest of video is good information.

You're absolutely right! We've been pushing grinder producers for years to add a 'sand' texture setting on their products, but to no avail.
Depending on your grinder you'd want to grind your particles to around 700-800 microns, a pretty coarse filter grind. Happy brewing!
