When my faith is viciously attacked by the world and the devil and almost submerged in a sea of desperation and mental anguish, the martyrs give me the light of hope and joy: they are one of my fundamental pillars of believing in God. Amen.

Ask for all Christians to pray for helping me about many problems around, working for life, health, temptation, happiness, love and mind, everyone please pray to God for aim family.
thief climb up to my house, opening the ceiling, stealing money, stealing things, have been doing it for 18 years.
“May Jesus have mercy and all Christians help me pray for this thief and his family. have been freed from suffering, poverty, may the father Jehovah have mercy on them to come and take them to serve you in heaven. let them comfort and wealthy eating, sleeping, have peaceful soul on the pile of gold, money, diamonds in the heavens right now, this second. for the sake of their sins for a long time. help them stop the pain and suffering that hurt others too. Amen.” Thank you to everyone who prayed.😭😭😭😭😭

As you conquered the Roman Empire, that murdered you and your martyrs, to become the Roman Catholic Church. May you conquer every soul that means to destroy your church. I’m yours, I’m an instrument to your peace, part of your army of peace, yesterday, today and forever. Amen

If there were not Christian martyrs throughout history…. would Christianity have circled the world?
They were all men and women who also were murdered, in a way, on the cross, for their faith, maybe not in the same way as Jesus…..maybe not for others…. as Jesus did…. but maybe people hearing these stories of the martyrs, helped grow Christianity through the ages. I loved this homily…. especially now when people fear worldly things like freedom of speech (stepping out and speaking)…. just to be reminded of such faithful Catholics… encourages spiritual strength. Thank you Bishop Barron for this teaching. ♥️✝️

Blessed are you when they insult you and persecute you and utter every kind of evil against you because of Me. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward will be great in Heaven. Thus they persecuted the prophets who were before you.” ― Matthew 5: 10-12

The Holy Spirit is with his excellence Bishop Robert Barron as it is evident by the evocative and revealing truth of these homilies. We pray, The Lord will continually bless his excellence abundantly and always make the work of The Holy Spirit fruitful in these ministries through God in The Father's divine provision. May God bless that Bishop Robert Emmett Barron keep his hand to the plow of the mission to which God inspired his excellence.
A sister in the world; yet, meant for our eternal home wherein it is, our spirits reside in The Holy Spirit through the grace of God by virtue of the most perfect mercy and sacrifice of Our Lord Jesus Christ. For, so it is God's will on earth as it is in heaven (as we pray to God The Father.)

The power to take the life of another meets with the power of giving one’s life for another. In the end, which of theses two powers wins? Were it not of Christ resurrected, I would opt for the power to take life. Given Christ resurrected, the Cross is the greater power. In Him, my life given enables life at a godly measure; in using other’s lives for my little self, life itself takes on the size of my little self. Martyrs got that.

While I have always been encouraged by the witness of our martyrs, I would bet people would disagree that we have never tried to impose our will on society through rather questionable ways. That being said, I understand there is a difference between The Teachings of Truth and the people who decided how to 'evangelize' in ways that were/are less than stellar. I love your homilies, Bishop. I learn so much from you. Thank you and may God continue to bless your work.

The Roman standards of today are colorful rainbow flags. Pride. Pleasure. Self-worship. Marching down our avenues. Flying on public buildings and giant corporations. Many in the Church, in high places, are pledging allegiance to the modern Romans. This is the battle we have to fight today. A battle for the family, for mothers, fathers and especially, children. Friends, we must choose a side. It can't be both. This is the way of modern day martyrdom. Because in speaking up you may lose your livelihood, your reputation, your social standing. Yes, even your life.

Martyrs gave their lives for their faith. Now days, the Church refuses to even lead the simple prayers requested at Fatima as a means to prevent world war. So we have gone from Martyrs, to insubordination. The Bishop ends with the admonition to "fight in the army of Martyrs". To fight, someone needs to lead.

Paz y Bien.

It’s time to decide. As you say…what army are we part of? The army of God or the army of darkness. Now is the time to decide. Time is running out to be a fence sitter. Decide now before you loose the right to. Better a martyr for Christ than to remain silent and by default aligned with those who set themselves above and against God.

Thank you Bishops for your teachings . Does this mean that our American soldiers fighting to keep America free are only doing so in the face of imperialism? I think not. Instead I believe our soldiers are fighting evil in order to keep America free. Maybe I I am not understanding this sermon correctly. May God Bless you for sharing your teachings.

Just wondering ... Christ did not impose his will on humanity as rulers of imperialist empires have done, and continue to do, even in contemporary times. Yet divine authority is perceptible in every word and action of Jesus Christ. His benevolence and selflessness are equally undeniable. That in his darkest hour, Christ prayed for his disciples and for all who would come to believe in him, touches me deeply. God's love can never be measured; it has an infinite expanse which can never be stopped or diminished.
