Daniel I’m just going to say brother! Your channel “ Is like a box of chocolates! You just keep rocking those videos out and shaking up the builds and we will keep supporting you!
Great bad ass project, and thank you for reminding me that I do not want to work with pallet wood. Taking out those nails looks so tedious. Well done Daniel
@ John !! Damnit I was going to say that 😂, hey man I appreciate all of you who are part of the channel , I couldn’t do it with out you all . Rockstars 🌟

Hey Daniel, that build would look great on a wood shed or other out building and use it as a planter. Small pots of flowers, herbs, etc. Rock on, brother!!
Nice build Viking, could see this being done out of about any type of toss aside wood, some partial live edge pieces for some of the rails would look good.
For a sec I was excited cuz I thought we were going for a ride to find pallets 🤣 Guess I'm like a dog that way these days 😁 Awesome project and vid Viking 🤘🏼
I can't believe you Daniel. As a fellow woodworker I never throw or burn pallet wood. If you can't find someone to take right away, put it at the end of your driveway. Put a free sign on it. It'll go. Thanks for the video; love the rustic shelf.
Hi Daniel 👋. I made one a couple years ago a little bit smaller than yours and sold it for 75 bucks from free wood and about 30 minutes to make lol. Peace Brother
The probable reason for the high asking price of the Blanton display is the use of the Jockey and Horse figures in the middle. There are 8 different stoppers used by Blanton's to spell out their name and each Jockey/ Horse will be in a different stride. The stoppers are something that people here in Ky collect and diaplay. But I agree, they are asking too much for the display.... Lest they want to throw a couple of full bottles in with the shelf.
Brother, if you're going to work with pallets, you should get a small handheld metal detector. Most pallet nails have little spurs on them to strengthen their holding power. These can break off as you remove nails, which can wreak havoc on your planer, jointer, and hand plane blades. Just an FYI...
I used pallet wood to make my dog house. A raised garden and other things. I love that they're free. True it's a pain in the but to break them apart. Question would it not be easier to get that pneumatic nailer remover. I have seen them but never used one. Everything I have is cordless but with the exception of my tablesaw. Also another great video
Well as stated in the video , I just never had the need to purchase one , and I’d rather just get my hands on it and do it the old school way that’s just me I guess lol 😂
Yeah, that nail punch thing would come in handy getting the nails out. Those twist nails are a bitch too pull out. Just saying. Did see a guy taking boards off though. Set pallet up on a couple blocks. Something going same way as the boards. Now turn your pallet over and take a board and 3/4 lb. hammer and drive your boards Dow next to the rails on the pallet and work your way across.
@ yeah those boards mostly pop right off once you get the hang of it. The guy I seen had just been told how to do it. He struggled a little bit but it started working. Personally I would probably stand on the pallet to keep it from moving and just go to town. I remember knocking some down with just a hammer and that kinda worked. My truck doesn’t run right now. Or I’d be out grubbing around. We got nice day going.
@@ChrisWhitley-tx1oz oh yes sir they can def be a pain ! Especially if they’re nailed with ring shank nails , 🤦🏻♂️sorry to hear about the truck bro , I know the feeling
@ yeah while I’m piddling around I’m gonna put together that heart on a board candle holder. You just put out. See if I can score some points with the boss. She’s been on my ass about some stuff. Such is life. Love your content.
Wow you are just pushing them out one by one. Nice one mate! I´m guessing that you live somewhere in the states right? Maybe even hawaii? But anyway, is it common over where you live with pallets made from other than pine? Here in Sweden it´s almost always just pine, and a lot of the times really thin and crappy pine as well.
I’m on east coast of the USA , 🇺🇸 yes we have pallets often made of hardwoods like oak , maple mahogany and red gum and more , typically hardwood pallets when heavy items are shipped for durability

A four way pallet. Great video and the nails are a pain in the butt

Rustic for the win !!! Have a great Sunday !!
This would also be a great way to store paint cans and whatever in the shop. And yet another great video.
I used pallets to build my outdoor sauna! Nice job on the whiskey shelf!
Sweet !
Sounds like the geese were laughing at you!
Oh yes 🙌
Motivational as always Daniel!
Really cool 😎, very unique project.
Thanks for the share!
I did a pallet video a few weeks ago and I thought breaking them pallets apart was going to be the death of me. 😂 Awesome job. 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼
Haha right. , thanks brother
Outstanding project , oak or any hardwood pallets work well. Whiskey & Woodworking 👍🏼. Keep ‘em coming.
Haha will do
Nice bro! I like to say quick and dirty build. lol I must build one!
That’s awesome 🤟

Hey brother I’m greatful to you guys and y’all inspire me as well bro . 😎
Well, looks like I can't not make some barrel stave versions of those😁 Right on
Yes sir brother
Pretty simple build, I admire giving new life to what once someone considered trash
Yes sir . Shoot me your name one more time , Jim ? John ? Jamie ? I remember you told me in live I just want to be sure i got it so I can rember

Sweet !! It is a winner
Thanks for building the whiskey shelf from pallets because it really helped me with improving my pallet working projects
My pleasure 😊
Awesome Daniel ❤

Haha 😂
when picking a pallet make sure HT is marked on the side of a pallet, it stands for heat treated and not chemically treated.
Yes thanks for the info shoulda put that disclaimer in the vid
Awesome 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
DeeZnuts!! Let’s goooo
Great video. Love high profits.
Oh yeah 🙌
Good stuff!
Thanks guys ♥️
Who can say no to free is the precise reason I mostly work with pallets. Dimensional timber is astronomically expensive here in Oz

Get after it bro .
Great projects. Why does it seem like anything alcohol related is worth more? Lol
Right !!!!
Like your videos think they're awesome where do you find plans for some of the stuff you make
I don’t find plans , I make my own
Thanks by the way you can find plans under the videos in pinned comment , I’m working on these plans right now
Nice Dan. I wonder with those prices, it must include the booze right? :) Cheers !
Haha right !
Very nice! What about building a hanging box display shelve? Like for collectibles, I can't find any videos how to make :(
I got you
Wher can I find those led lights for the outside wall light u made
