I have a 2003 G35. 270,000 miles and still runs like a top. Fuel injectors is the only major work I’ve done to it other than normal wear items like brakes and real hub bearings. Best overall car I’ve ever had. And I’m 46.

The climate control buttons are not factory that's why they feel weird. If you want to replace the radio, you'd have to get a completely different Dash kit which cost around $300. The stock radio and the climate control was all integrated and one unit. My uncle has a very early 2003 with the original radio but unfortunately, it burned out rendering it useless and it left the air conditioning stuck in its current setting so you can't even change it or turn it off

These got pretty cheap because Infiniti is "that other Japanese luxury brand". For a 350Z sedan these can be had for pretty reasonable money. The exhaust isn't the strongest steel but otherwise these hold up decently well. Having a reliable, comfortable, inexpensive car is a great feeling.
Bring back green/amber/orange/red dashboards. Blue and white are the worst colors to have in your face when you're driving at night.

Unfortunately finding a good example of Infiniti G35 - especially of that generation - is quite challenging. These were used and abused, so there are not many left in good condition.

My wife had a new 06 G35, the climate control buttons are not factory, they looked swapped out when the owner replaced the radio. Also that cubby behind the radio just above the climate controls is where the Navigation screen lived if the car was optioned with it. Also the manual was only available on the rear wheel drive sedans, the X model as auto only from what I recall.

Just got one! Watched first half of your excellent, well produced and informative video and then bought it from the local garage here on Pine Island in Florida. 157k miles and this beauty runs like a brand new car.
Minor interior blemishes like worn out seat bottoms and some cracking on the dash. Drove an '84 BMW 325e 5 speed stick shift for 17 years and a '90 325i automatic for about 10 years. This car is reminiscent of those cars but better in about every conceivable way.

Bought it with 150,000 kms on it in 2018. He had to cut down his working hours to three days a week as it’s costing him too much money and he will be retiring soon. He won’t get rid of it as it just won’t die.

I owned an '05 G35 coupe, loved the car but it was a pain to drive in the Canadian winters. So I sold it for an '04 G35x sedan with 106,000km on it (about 66,000 miles).
I've loved the car for the past couple years. The interior was immaculate and only a scrape on the bumper that I had fixed by a body shop. The engines on these cars is amazing and anytime you accelerate even at low rpms it sounds sooooo good.
I've been looking for a newer Infiniti G37 or 35, and have test driven a few. Honestly the G37 doesn't even feel as fun to drive as my G35. I did however drive a Q50S, it was amazing. I think I'll upgrade to that soon. I love my car but the looks are a bit dated at certain angles. However viewed at certain angles the car can still look sexy.

I've got an 08 g35xS sedan and let me tell you, I'm in love with it. It's quick, fun, and rugged as hell. It screams all the way up to 7600 rpm and I haven't lost a race yet. As soon as snow fell I was honestly excited to try it out. It gives me so much confidence driving in snow and ice it's insane and of you want to drift you can turn the vdc off and have at it. If you want to get through a snowstorm with as much grip as possible just leave it on and put it in snow mode. Plus the interior is seriously nice (black leather). Hope this helps!

This guy seems like a cool guy who loves cars, but man, He ruins every one of his videos by aiming the camera at himself during most of the review! It's especially bad when we have to look at him when he's driving! I'm sorry to sound harsh, but many of us want to see the vehicle, not a closeup of the guy obviously trying to become youtube famous, making the video about himself, rather than the vehicle! What a shame too, because this guy films some great vehicles. If only he'd at least show all of the driving footage through a POV setup, he'd probably have some of the best videos on youtube!
