I'll be honest this apartment was drab. Ryan you always do a great job but it feels like an office space renovation with a few beds. Even with styling, the places would still feel cold.
Ryan, I like the way you did not show the views out of the bedrooms that you bragged about so much. I also like how you said the bedrooms were cute, which is another word for Small, you didn't even show the rooms that well.
This is amazing 😮😯😲. I love this building. As a New Yorker and a Gretsch fan, this is my favorite building not only in the neighborhood of Williamsburg but in the entire borough of Brooklyn because Gretsch Building #4 at 60 Broadway is iconic. Whoever lives in this penthouse is lucky to live at this building that is a preserved piece of Rock N Roll history. I really hope to live at this building someday because I am a big fan of Gretsch musical insturments. I also hope that someday that Gretsch will bring it's musical insturment production and manufacturing back to Brooklyn but in a new facility because we have not had normal musical insturment production or manufacturing in NYC since 1969. #MAKEBROOKLYNGRETSCHAGAIN
That was definitely a lot of outdoor roof top space. Wow! Unless the new owners plan on hosting a lot of parties, I wouldn't know what else to do with all that roof top. Put in a playground? Was it just me or were those kids bedrooms extremely small? Those were not rooms to grow into. After the kids turn 5 they will have to move. It didn't look like you could fit a queen bed and two side tables in those rooms. That's unfortunate.
Hi Ryan, I’m a fan from television days, you are one of the best. I was wondering with your videos I just watched the Pent House 1A however and the views were stunning, but I didn’t see a quick view from the other two rooms and when your photographer is at the entrance of a Master Bed Room would it be possible for him/her to pan around the so we can get a better view of the room, and also if we could have seen the master bath and the closet that would have been great! However I do understand there’s a matter of time. The video was still great, I just wandered if those things would be ok? I Thanks Ryan @Team💜
In Ryan's head: "How should I give them perspective of how big this place is???? Should I just give them the dimensions? Nawwww, I'll just say... I'M 6'3ft, 200 POUNDS!!"
the problem with any of these listings is that they basically offer cheap cheap furnitures. You are american, so may be you can't really appreciate the difference, but high quality design is a completely different thing. These objects just "look like" something, but they are nothing. Additional costs must be considered for taking out these pieces
overpriced by a million and change . there is nothing in the outdoor space that screams wow except the view but for $5.4 mil you can find better with equal view .
Once again, these very expensive apartments have double sinks in the master bath. This is not luxury. A couple should have separate bathrooms. They may as well put two toilets next to each other.
These ppl up here are so funny who cares Ryan is a grown ass man he can do and act the way he wants if you not his mother then zip it oh and the apt naw seen better for that price tag
who ever read this, I pray you''ll be successful someday!
Thanks, Theo! Back at you!

Thanks! Stay safe, healthy, happy, and be loved 💖💖💖
I could grow a HUGE garden and even have an outdoor gym with all that outdoor space!
Haha, we have the same idea! Plus a telescope
No, you can't. This is NY. Its cold AF most of the year.
Am I the only one who really hates these apartments with more outdoor the indoor space?
its such a waste of space lol, they could have made the apartment bigger
@@kiranx12 Thats exactly my point, you can get much bigger duplex penthouses with outdoor terraces for the 5.4 million theyre asking for

If I was going to pay 5 million $$$, I’d be on Manhattan.
Enjoy the passion Ryan, move this to a city run by sane people and we would consider it.

You need a lap pool on that terrace.
You should show us more details like the laundry room etc....

Looking very nice.
You remind me of one of the “Sup’s” in the Amazon Prime Series “The Boys.”
I rlly loved this one
I miss your show. When is it returning?💕

i can say for sure developers spared lots of money on interrior costs. its just so IKEAish and simple(cheap)
it sold for 2.85 apparently
Really nice but I’d prefer 2 more rooms over so much outside space . You could easily have 3 more rooms and plenty of outside space still
I did not like it! Too cold.
All those floor-to-ceiling windows and hardly any natural light inside! How's that possible?
