The south-facing, landscaped terrace has a hot tub, out-door kitchen and the most amazing views of the Tribeca skyline. @@Juduh oh really? or is it possible when u put in the work? wtf does god even have to do it when ur doing literally every single thing ? oh yeah lets blame my countless hours of work to something else cause clearly its they who gave it to me not ME doing the work. go and just pray every single day and not do anything u ll see just how much that god of urs brings u the riches.

    • @Juduh
      @Juduh 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

@@tkokflux6322 you’re making assumptions that don’t really have correlation with my response.
You’re making assumptions about God and have probably never read a single chapter of the Bible. If you want to have your questions answered you can literally look up “what does the Bible say about work” or you can read the Bible online. A lot of people hate God and don’t even know Him.
But to give some insight on what the Bible says about work:
God created everything(matter) and everyone (people), so all things are God’s.
When we work, we are only able to because God created the world, and He allows us to be able bodied.
Each day that we can move our limbs, breath, etc. is because God allows it.
When we work we should work to honor God. Working in a way that is just and honest.
So why reply “anything is possible with God”
Because if God can create, all of creation, and is all powerful, than the statement is true. God can change anyone’s situation around.
Also the Bible says it itself that with God all things are possible.
A man reaps what he sows, so wicked man can gain riches etc. but God still allows it.
The difference is, the wicked man works and when he dies, none of it matters anymore and he will be condemned to hell, but for the righteous he has an eternal purpose for his work, not only in the life, but also in the next.
More important than riches on earth, is riches in heaven, that go on forever unlike the riches of this world.
And the only way to get to heaven is by believing in Jesus Christ, as Lord and Savior.
If you ask, why should I do that. Read below⬇️

we have all sinned, and broken God’s law (the Ten Commandments). When a person breaks the law, they are then considered a criminal, and to bring justice, the judge must sentence/judge them according to their wrongdoings. No matter how big or small the crime, a person who breaks the law is a criminal, and are not judged by their good deeds but by what they have done wrong. For example; a m**der cannot say “I donated millions of dollars to an orphanage, you should let me go, look at all the good I’ve done.” Criminals are only judged for their wrongdoing, to let them go because of the “good” that they’ve done would be unjust. So those who have broken God’s law will be judged for their lawlessness, not the good that they’ve done. Since we have all sinned, we must be punished so that justice may take place. But if someone pays the fine for the crime we have committed we can legally walk free. Jesus took the punishment of sin, being innocent, so that all who repent of their sins and put their faith in Him may be saved. He essentially took our punishment so that we could walk free, he paid our debt. But one can accept or deny for someone to pay their fine, in like manner one can accept or deny this gift from God. If you repent of your sin (turn from it) and put your faith in Jesus, you will be saved.

Thank you Jason for this tour. I am glad you had a nice vacation trip to New York. Yes, the properties there are nice. This penthouse condo is gorgeous. The living open area open space is beautiful. The kitchen is simple but elegant. You showed us the cabinets that area very cute. And the washer/dryer there in the kitchen is perfect!!! I saw you look at the Roman white column there! That is cute to have that there. The bedroom that touch me also was the Master Suite upstairs of this duplex penthouse! Very nice for the space and yes the views. The outdoor terrace from the Master Suite is why this condo/coop home is so breath taking. I am glad you had this vacation trip to show beautiful properties in the city that I have enjoyed as well with family there. Be safe.

But high end clients are not stupid and don't want someone who blows up smoke up their ass rather someone they can trust. It just makes you sound like used car salesman, not a good look in the luxury space. Just my two cents to help your sales.

@@JasonMatouk My bad, I assumed you were also a broker. I have some experience in sales and just figured I'd help you out. I like your channel and videos, keep up the great work man!
