Thanks for another great video! We've been able to grow and expand our painting business greatly over the last year because of your content!
For powder coating?
@@colebz420 for painting l. We have both a painting company and a powder coating company 😁👍
I see. Nice!
That is awesome!
I bought some of these and they work great in the corners like advertised. I used a 10.5 inch roller tray though and they were not wide enough for this roller, so get a bigger tray
As a new painter in the business I just wanted to say thanks for all the great content, videos and tips.
Thank you for sharing👍
I really like that roller!
Thanks for all the great videos and for the time you take to show Us , other companies how to save time 👍
Hi I'm so glad you mentioned the pants It looms perfect to paint in and I was wondering where you got it.
Thank you for your video all the time sir. :)
Hi, what size paint roller do you recommend for the avg. home owner. It seems like a lot of painters like the 18’ roller, however most of the demonstrations are in new builds, empty rooms, or commercial work. Please let me know what you think.

I'd be mad if you had your paint tins on my worktop mate haha! Sweet roller sleeve though, il be investing in a few
Thanks Chris 👏👍🇺🇸
You bet
@@Idahopainter thanks 👍🇺🇸
Being corner roller has functions, can you use it for the entire wall vs typical 9in rollers?
Yep
Love your content....you know what they say....never trust a clean painter or one that sits on a bucket to work.....
A brand new Purdy Colossal can hit most corners if your just painting apartments lol I haven’t seen those in a while though
Purdy is no that great of quality
newer Purdy Colossals work for experienced painters and adhesive is far superior and i'll never use another frame but Purdy @@Idahopainter
and put a dam piece of plastic on that nice vanity
@@Idahopainter I’m new to your channel since you said the purdy roller covers aren’t good quality outside of these corner rollers, what are some suggestions for better quality rollers?
Save time and energy so you can go work out 👍. Oh and I like the roller.
Yes! Thank you!
I would like to see a video that teaches you how to glaze wall paint properly if you have a chance.
I have made several
I hate to critique too much before I use one but looks like there could be more of a chance for runs to occur on the wall where the loaded up roller apparently puts a lot of paint there! Also kinda useless where you put a different color on the wall which is mostly what I do so cut in is inevitable! Could help on vertical corners I suppose but that is fairly quick to do with a brush! I would like to try one as my thoughts are certainly subject to change if I actually tried one!
They do not cause runs or smears. The idea behind the roller is it can be your everyday 9' roller. If you have adjacent walls with the same color it's great and saves time. But if they are different colors you can cut it like normal.
Its leaves a nice finish but it doesn't really hold that much paint and it drips like crazy
Nice. Never knew such a roller existed…. So ceiling and walls with the same paint, would that be a semi gloss? Ahh second watch… looks like flat, not semi gloss
Yes, it is!
Hey Chris- do they make a 3/8 nap roller? That's the thing that has been stopping me - I'm assuming the difference between 1/2 and 3/8 nap would be easily noticeable
@@colebz420 granted but everything around here is no texture
They do not
We do not. We consider our 1/2' Microfiber our version of the 3/8 nap. It works very well for fine/smooth finishes. The reason we do not have a 3/8 is because with the enclosed end it would be too thin due to lack of material. I would suggest trying the Microfiber 1/2' nap if you typically use a 3/8.
@@starkellc9025 Thanks for the response!
I saw these available on your website a while back. But my browser was all crazy about the lack of security on your website. So I didn’t buy these. 🙁 Any thoughts?
Website works well for me. I buy my sprayer tips from them
use a scuttle and always have it in front of you next to where your rolling and move it as you go along to increase productivity
ok
Is it available in 14"?
Only 9"
Not currently but we are considering this. We recently came out with an 18' frame though that utilizes our rollers. Do you primarily use a 14' inch roller?
@@starkellc9025 I've gone from 18 to 14 -lighter and closes the corners .18 good for new work without trim and younger painter😉
@@starkellc9025 we use 14 almost exclusively
Thx
You are welcome
do you ship to the UK and what's the minimum order (quantity or price) I can't seem to find a stockist here,
We do no minimum
thanks for another nice video. do you send your products to poland as well? greetings
Yes we do!
Painting John Malkovich!
Seems like a great roller if you are painting ceilings and walls the same color. However, I paint ceilings white and never paint walls white.
OK
Always paint ceilings first, so it doesn't matter if ceiling paint gets on the walls because you will cut-in the walls later.
To me, this type of roller is more useful for someone who isn't very experienced in painting.
I've been using a standard roller cover for 30+ years to paint corners. Just make sure the edge of your quality roller is flush with the roller-frame end and roll right into the corner. The hit it from the other side of the corner. Sometimes you may need to go back to the first side and do a quick roll keeping the roller from touching the adjacent wall to smooth any edge marks from the end of the roller.
It is important to use a good quality roller frame that doesn't flex much while rolling.
This technique has saved me countless time over the years and gives me great coverage while keeping the rolling texture of the walls all the way into the corners.
HMMM
Hope the countertops are being replaced afterward.
Easy clean up of that's what you're getting at.
Where can I get a roller like that
paintlifesupply.com
Good quality tool, but has two drawbacks. Does not fit into the 5galon bucket, and it needs a wider tray, because this roller is slightly longer than the usual 9 inch.
I have had no of those problems
He used a standard tray in the video.
what happened to the workout for painters videos
Have some coming
can straight people also use these rollers?
You can paint tile??
Yes👍
Lol..you can paint anything, but is it a good idea!? How does it hold up? Ppg duralast is strong enough to walk on for years? Thats wild.
You could do that with a rad roller but don't as it rough as f. Could imagine the spirals left with the cutting in 😂. What a basher
LOL
Can’t see the top!
👍🏽👍🏽
Should put something underneath that open can
Im good
Chrissy, idk you just started and your breathing heavy man. Lol sucks getting older, right?
Is it me or does he resemble John Cena?
haha yep
boo on the camera shots
Product introduction in a small bathroom and we just do our best👍
I agree. Most of the time he was painting we could not see the paint being rolled on. The camera angle was poor. Looks like a great product, though!
Waste of time does not work im a contractor
LOL
Have you ever used it? We have had zero contractors give us this feedback.
@@starkellc9025 yes
@@johnnymullen5747 How does it not work?
If you have bad walls ceiling just won't rool in but to say i have been following your videos a long time and like most of the videos I'm 45 years in the painting do a lot of spraying
