I have used this 3 years in a row, making a copies of my original from 2022. THANK YOU! The investement of effort at the start makes up for it in the negotiating and toing-froing when setting a suitable time. This tutorial makes my lide easier AND makes my colleagues look at me with a little awe at the ease with which I nail my parent-teacher meetings, starting with this. Thank you :)
You can also duplicate the entire section (the header part AND the dropdown) by clicking on the 3 vertical dots beside the section header (the day of the week part, in this scenario) and selecting "Duplicate section." It's a small thing but does help speed up the process if you're adding a lot of sections!

How would i make it that the appointment date and time is available for 4 people and then closed. so 4 people can pick tuesday at 10h30 and if a 5th person tries then it will show unavailable/fully booked? Please assist, other than that this video was a life saver!!

Does the time will return unselected on. The next week ? Let’s say I books on Monday at 10am this week So on the next week do I will find the 10 am free automatic?
Let's say all the Wednesday tilme slots have been chosen. Is there a way to automatically eliminate Wednesday from the dropdown at that point, so people would only see Monday and Tuesday? I could see people thinking there is something wrong with the form if they click on Wednesday and no time slots are showing (because they've all been booked already).
Does anyone know: 1) Can you allow a specific number of people to schedule at the same time (> 1)? For example, can it be configured to allow 2 people to sign up for the same time before that option disappears? Also, 2) What happens when all of the times for a particular day are taken? Does that day disappear as an option? If not, if seems like that would be confusing to users... (I work with students)

OK I think i figured it out. I had to use instead the Eliminator Lite specifically than using any other. And i guess you have to set a reminder at the end of the week to type back in the eliminated answers for the next new week

Google calendar allows you to change this option in calendar settings!

Does the form reset or not?
No, it doesn't reset. You have to manually bring back the chosen options if you wish to send the form again next time.
