How to build a battery powered waffle maker. DIY budget solar generator/minivan camper power station

Start to finish lithium battery power station build. lifepo4 cells in 12 volt configuration and a couple USB ports and 12 volt ports. I used an old 400 watt inverter also and it can power a small Dash waffle maker. should be awesome for my Sienna minivan camper since it takes up so little space. I think their perfect for all electric and off grid vanlife. I have an 80 watt solar panel that I can use to charge it but I'll be looking for a way to charge it while the vehicle is running.

To be honest though. By the time you buy all the parts for this. It probably makes sense to buy one. I don't think I'll use this for much anymore. It worked well for smaller stuff but when I was building a 60 cell pack I burned up a solenoid and had to keep the battery on a charger to have enough power. As well as take a lot of breaks. The quality is hard to control also. I first built this when I was doing small 4 cell packs for drones but it's not very good for doing bigger packs.
