This band is by far one of the best bunch of players ever. Raul's vocals, Eddie's guitar riffs, Jerry''s keys, Paul's drumming and all of the rest of this line up are so multi talented and they just keep getting better and better with each new release. I've been listening to these guys from the start and watching them step away from being the typical C & W band and really digging into their roots has been a pleasure to watch and hear. Keep it going you guys and keep playing live. Every once in awhile an artist like Willie Nelson or a band like the Rolling Stones come along and make history. The Mavericks are one of those bands.

Estuve viéndolos en un concierto en Madrid hará unos 25 años o así junto a mi mujer y mis hijos.. Estuvieron magníficos. De aquella formación solo queda Raúl, el guitarra y el batería. Suenan muy bien. La edad se nota como con todos nosotros. Un gran grupo.

Actually Brenda P, the English song at the end is Come Unto Me from the In Time CD. The Spanish version of Come Unto Me is also on the CD. It's called Ven Hacia Mi. Not the same lyrics at all. The music is close in Recuerdos but the lyrics aren't anywhere near the same. Great songs either way. Check out Ven Hacia Mi. You'll love it.

Hace unos 4 años vine a descubrir que Blue Moon en la versión de The Mavericks, es la más linda de todas. Pero se me hizo rarísimo que fueran ellos, una banda que nunca había yo visto ni escuchado, pero desde aquel lindo descubrimiento he ido conociéndolos y mi conclusión es que no hay banda en el mundo que tenga TANTAS canciones dignas de premio, son a porradas las bellezas que se escuchan de ellos, en inglés y en español. Esta gente es verdaderamente MARAVILLOSA, yo los quiero mucho y son mis número 1, por encima incluso de bandas inglesas muy muy buenas, como Coldplay por ejemplo, pero no igualan a The Mavericks. Mis más entusiastas y sinceras felicitaciones por ese talento tan gigante que tienen, acompañado de sus voces, que son de locura, todo lo de ustedes es excepcionalmente maravilloso.
