I fell in love with Raul's voice on the Mavericks first album. Reminds me of Roy orbison. Now that he added the cuban sound to his music i am blown away. He is amazing.
Young ones watch and learn how it’s really done. Professional is an understatement. This is how a gig should be.

Man can I relate to your comment. I found Raul, years ago, while flipping thru Utube. His picture and the song was ‘Crying.’ I watched to see how badly he would destroy Roy’s song………imagine my shock and, pleasant surprise. Been in love with all of them since. Missed his concert due to COVID. They are on my bucket list. Love Love Love all of them….especially Raul,our Miami Cowboy.

I took my parents, 88 and 80, to see them at Knuckleheads in Kansas City. They both loved it. My father passed away last year before we could see them this year. I will be taking my mom. I've loved them for years. Awesome shows!

I took my mom to see them last night...on her 76th birthday...she's a huge fan and now I can say I am too...what a great show!
I've been to their concerts, and the crowd ranged from 20 to 80+. Amazingly, they appeal to all age groups.

I've been a Springsteen fan since 1977 and have seen him in concert many times, but my wife and I recently saw the Mavericks in concert and had the best time of our lives. Incredibly grateful

Me too! I remember when Music For All Occasions was released! I was 20 and thought this is my kind of music! The Mavericks and The Spin Doctors are the only 2 bands I’d go see live in concert!

How is that I am today years old before finding out about The Mavericks? I'm in love - Greek Theatre in August? YASSSS!!!
I just want to dance so bad when I hear these and other songs of the Mavericks', especially when they have this 2 step rhythm, so I am dancing around my kitchen and just "giving it". I had heard some of their songs previously, but because country music has not been my first choice when it comes to music over the last 40 years, I had no idea who sang those songs I had heard and loved! Now I know, and I am addicted! I absolutely love the special quality of Raul's voice (sort of a catch, is how I can describe it right now), and I also love all the different instruments they play to add to the mix (accordian, saxaphone, piano of course, guitars, AND I LOVE those drums), that create such a wonderful beat.
I turned 78 in November and just discovered The Mavericks while hearing them in the movie Michael. I can't get enough of their music. I wish I could have heard about them alot earlier.

They are all fabulous musicians ,but the guy playing keyboard in the orange suit is like watching a suspense movie , you wonder what he is gonna do next , like playing piano with a hockey stick ! The Mavericks have been a favourite of mine for over 30 years. I have 4 or 5 of their CDs from back then and still play them today
Saw these guys in New Orleans two nights ago. They are fantastic. I kept watching Eddie Perez. He's a true guitar player and a wonderful showman.

Fantastic! Since a few years we own a CD and the Sound makes us very happy! - Wilfrieds father had his own band in the 50th in Hamburg and was able to play differant instruments. His daughter also was a musician and as we know since two years Wilfrieds and Ediths grandfather who 1910 went to the USA. There was no contact. - We are good friends with some musicians from Liverpool who performed in the 60th in the famous Star-Club. Yesterday King charles III and Queen consort Camilla heard some Beatles songs at a reception of the British Embassy! - Liane and Wilfried -

What a great band. I have never been to a more ‘party’ concert than when I saw them at the Albert Hall in London. The place from the stalls to the private boxes was rocking for 2 hours. Never seen anything like it.
I was in one of the private boxes and had two spare places so I sought out a. couple in terrible seats up in the gods and bought them down to the box. Best live concert I’ve ever seen, booked for the Palladium in April.

What a truly great band. Mavericks play what I would describe as Spanish American Swing that is pure classic Americana and Mexican folk music all rolled up in an irresistible package. Marvelous performance, thank you for posting this concert.

Heard them for the first time in 1992, never tire of hearing their music. Seen them last year as they toured through Canada. These guys are amazing. Everyone in the audience is dancing and having a fantastic time. I’d love to see them again.
