Death cards in Vietnam were actually really popular, if my memory serves correctly. The playing cards were often customised, if I recall correctly, based on units, regiments or divisions. The cards were thought to reduce NV and VC morale, and so Im pretty sure the US army ordered a tonne of blank cards and distributed them to troops to customise and use
@4:03 the helmet reminds me of A mandalorian helmet. It is my opinion the spetznaz could've went with a Throat mic, and kept the visor for eye and nose protection, and "exposed" the mouth.
I'm waiting for a day where you can't kill someone with guns or explosives and wars are just 2 guys firing at eachother with a minigin from 2 feet away from eachother
Add a disclaimer that " Russian Experts " should be taken with a GIANT grain of salt. The ALTYN was a copy of a helmet they purchased, changed minor things while acting as if they designed and created the helmet from scratch. This can also be applied to all of Russias military equipment. Before anyone brings up the AK, that too was copied. It's a rip off of the STG 44. Improving current military equipment is fine, but dont try to pass it off as your own creation.
Actually.... the AK aparently is more similar to the M1 Garand than the STG. The only thing it shares with the STG is its category and Look aparently. Also, they are like the Romans, Everything they copy gets upgraded to the next level
The majority of Soviet troops would carry an extra letter "P" along with their "PSH-77" helmets, so they could be quickly transformed into a "PPSH" sub machine gun. The newer helmets, due to budget cuts are the "ALTYN", a stylized name for "Aluminum-tin" helmet.
The Moiron was in Germany also known as , Spanische Sturmhaube ', a german helmet of this time was called Sturmhaube, so Germans added simply ,Spanish'.
The ww2 German Fallschirmjager (paratrooper helmet, literally translates to “Parachute hunter”) looked really nice.
The fallschirmjäger helmet kinda looks like a bowl ngl
I prefer the ww1 stahlhelm, not the ww2 version though, it looks odd
Fallschirmjäger translates to "Parachute hunters". Sky would be "Himmel".
True
i got one M38, they might be the most protective Helmet from WW2
Wear the helmet

@4:03 the helmet reminds me of A mandalorian helmet.

Don’t forget the most important helmet: the t visor Mandalorian
Whenever I see a Corinthian helmet, I think "those are jaig eyes"
I expected to see samurai helmets because of how unique and diverse they are.
This is a long shot but with a thumbnail like that I’m curious if whoever made it plays destiny 😅
Hopefully in the future we'll be able to make Mandalorian style helmets
This is the way.

Not so much about helmets.. I’m just saying.
The thumbnail is like me when i upgrade certain parts of my armor in a game
i thought this was going to be a history/evolution of helmets, not cherry picked.
I thought you were comparing destiny 2 exotics from the thumb nail 💀

The German stahlhelm is still the best!
Stahlhelm means simply steelhemet. We Germans use this word for steelmade helmets of every nation.
Simple history trying not to be lazy and just Repost Old videos (impossible)

could the M1917/8 be used as a handgun tho
@@th1v5 and could be turned into a shotgun as well

Missing the Spanish Tercios and Conquistadores Morrion helmet though
