That yellow v5 one was super fun! I was able to get the flash which felt great!! Good choice for route of the week though! It would be kinda fun to climb with you sometime, I hope I see you there soon and I’ll come say hi! Great videos though and keep up the great work!
You'd be surprised how many times I hear that but let me explain: I've had multiple training sessions where children stuck there snot-fingers into my chalk bag while I'm on the wall and I don't like the chalk poofing out when I fall. Hence, I climb with my closed chalk bag around my waist.
Hi Garry, thanks for your question. When preventing a swing, my flagging foot will almost always touch the wall. However, I sometimes use flagging to generate power and momentum - in these cases, smearing on my foot isn't necessary. However, most of the time, it's ideal to smear my foot on the wall (not just touch but actually push off of the wall with my flagging foot)
This is super helpful.
Would you consider inserting time stamps for each drill so they would be easy to find and review at the gym?
Thank you!
Great idea - I just added them :)
Climb of the week! Love it!
I’m so glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for your comment :)
Great tips again, just like the tips for slabs. Thank you!
Glad to help!

Nice! I thought it was pretty fun too. And do say hi 👋 if you see me :) thanks for your nice comment 😊
Going to try these at the gym today!
Awesome! Please share how it goes :)
Very nice job
I also keep going on wall with it
Sweet! Thanks for taking the time to comment, Milad :)
I hope you don’t mind, but I keep sharing to FB for my friends to see.
Also, how are those Zones working for you?
Thanks so much for sharing!
The zones were way to big so I sent them back 🤣 hopefully a size smaller will fit better!
this is better than UK drill
It seems a bit silly to boulder with a loose chalk bag that is cinched closed. 😂

I noticed that sometimes your flagging foot doesn't touch the wall - could you comment on this please?
