Everyone's totally different in warm ups, that actually might be enough for you. For example my body , shoulders etc warm up really fast but it takes a minute to warm up the forearms and fingers to actually pull hard.
I just got into bouldering world, and I've found your channel super useful at least for me at my level! the way you explain points you wanna deliver to audiences or details you think that's important is on point on point. keep it up!
I recently started climbing and I noticed that I have more difficulties with overhangs than other types of routes. I am going to try out the techniques in your video and I am confident that it will help me a lot. Thank you!
Such great tips! I always love your content. Just a suggestion for this video though, the BGM was too loud, making it kind of hard to hear what you're saying without subtitles.
Fingers crossed, Thanks! I'm going to wait until my hips are feeling a little better before I give it a try, haha - really strong right hip movements to finish it :)
I definitely need to reconsider what a true "warm up" looks like. Just climb some easy boulders and swing my arms around some is probably not enough.

Thanks for the tip!
That 7 looks tough. You'll get it! Great video.

I SOOOO need to work my core. Lately, it has felt like that is what is holding me back at this point.
It sounds like a great time to start! Good luck and let us know how it is going :)
I like to warm up with "sloth" on very easy climbs.
It is a fun one!
Not the shin! I want to try those extreme Peter Pans, they look exhausting.
It hurt so bad, haha. They are super exhausting! I attribute my sore abs for days after that session to the Extreme Peter Pans, haha.
