I love it so much! It looks so good on you omg! If you feel like changing up the bangs a little, I would recommend something spikey, a little uneven! Kind of like Winona’s pixie. I used to have it like that too for at least a year, I got constant haircuts to maintain it cute and short!

Depending on hair type and texture pixies can actually be more maintenance and styling effort than long hair. You gotta get it cut more and sometimes use more products. I’m a short hair fan and I think it can be worth the extra effort ✨.

I love it AND I think you should try styling your bangs to the side a bit. Mia farrow's bangs are combed forward, then she prob used pomade or something with grip to pinch them at the ends towards her ears. idk if that makes sense

Hair for women is such a big part of our identity and social expectations of beauty, so big changes to it are scary even if it "grows back". I'm glad you have a partner that is so willing to help you through these decisions Laini! Ahhh I love it so much!!! I shaved my head about a year and a half ago and it was a drastic change but the short hair so much less maintenance! It takes getting used to but I think you're gonna love short hair life

I had a longer pixie (I have hair colour, texture and skin tone very similar to yours) and then when I saw emma chamberlains short pixie I went really short too, and i love it. there's so many ways to style it.. don't be afraid to play with it, rough it up, i like using a volumizing powder and a beeswax product or a like a mattifying styling paste or wax, make it go in different directions, hairspray it and make it look a little crazy. that's what i like most about the short length you can make it do so many different things, like okay you can't do pigtails or braids but you can spike it up or do a short side bang or the old out of bed look that long hair just couldn't hold, it's so much fun

I had short hair like this for years. I found how it turns out is all in the skill of the hairdresser. It is a great cut to have when it's warm out. Wash and wear hair saves so much time. The only down side was that there isn't a lot versatility. However, when it was cut well it grew out nicely and that gives a different look for a while before I cut it all off again. It looks great on you
