I feel like this speech needs to be given in front of Congress.
I would be happy to hear Dr Lindsay be present a retort to Congress addressing the 1950 speech of James Warburg: "We shall have world government, whether or not we like it. The question is only whether world government will be achieved by consent or by conquest."

And a lot easier to follow, right? He doesn't use all of those $20 words that force you to stop and remember what they mean. My vocabulary is quite large and I'd always think he'd need a translator to talk to average people not knee deep in this stuff. Seems he can translate himself!

Europeans need to hear this speech. When my family in Denmark hears about the US culture wars, they think we're crazy and that it could never happen there. I tell them they're wrong.
Same in Portugal. And piece by piece our country is being destroyed by this ideology. And people that see through the agenda and speak about it are being put aside, attacked, called crazy conspirators… very difficult to even speak and have a normal conversation without being labelled with all this woke poison.
It's happening all around Europe already and the Western Empire is spreading their world view around the globe. It's a parasite which the elites put out there and it's spreading like wildfire. Europe and the US will die quick now, it's a matter of decades in my opinion. And by dying I don't mean people will vanish, but society will literally turn insane.

As a Ukrainian, I can say, what woke culture is a freaking ideological catastrophe. Every single day russia agressively use woke against Ukrainian as instrument of propaganda. They say " How can Ukrainians choose Western woke madness instead of traditional slavik culture". In my opinion, woke is a political and cultural suicide of Western nations.
I know, all Europeans feeling crazy about this culture wars. But we, Ukrainians feels like our war allies trying to destroy our culture, instead of helping us to build strong nation.
It's in full effect in New Zealand. The world doesn't hear about it because here we are small and they have captured every single institution and there is no opposing voice.

I'm wondering how difficult it will be for this student to actually obtain the PhD. Universities can give non-woke students a very hard time for disagreement. The general public has been captivated by slogans and quick, snappy, catchy one-liners completely devoid of logic. If people want to understand why the Western world seems to have gone insane and why strange agendas are being crammed down our throats by way of the media, entertainment, and academia they should watch this talk.

This is a brilliant speech. This is happening everywhere. The last time I was in London I went to the Tate Modern Gallery. Granted, I was expecting some form of oppressive counterculture messaging by dint of where I was, but it was on another level than I was expecting. I could not find a single display that did not have some kind of oppression narrative. Oppression through sex, oppression through race, oppression through colonialism, oppression through color (not biological color, just the colors observed around us), oppression through religion, oppression through patriarchy, oppression through traffic jams, oppression through economic systems, all with an explanatory note describing how the “art” pieces should be interpreted, and always in a Marxist (oppressor/oppressed) framing.

I've listened to Jordan Peterson since around 2017 he was my first exposure to these types of concepts of which many flew right over my head. Jordan often used the terms post-modernism, Marxism and identity politics in relation to the west. I've come to understand in theory what identity politics is and how it's harmful but I didn't understand what he was talking about when he often spoke about Marxism in the West. This video has really opened my eyes. I can't say I fully understand everything but you accomplished what you set out to do. You put a name to it. I know what's destroying my country. I know what to study. I now have a framework to look through when observing the cultural viruses in my county. Thank you this is probably one of the most impactful speeches I've listened to as a young person since first discovering Jordan Peterson. Well done sir. Well done.

I watched this whole speech like a week ago on YT, it was incredible then so I had to watch again. This should be a MUST-WATCH for... well, EVERYONE in America and the West. Show EVERYONE you know this, I showed my dad and he said he sent it to his brother and sisters on his phone. People DONT need to watch like 2-3 hour vids of his, but simple vids like this that give a 25 min breakdown of the entire "enemy" and what the communists are doing is 100% important right now.

Calling him a theologian is appropriate because he is driving at metaphysical questions of meaning, human telos, and what sort of value is found in _being_ human. He argues all of this from a direct duty of conscience; it is entirely appropriate, philosophically, and more importantly, _legally_ , to call Marx a theologian. In fact, it would be even more precise to call him a _hate-preacher_ .

I can only advise everybody who is alive at this time to download this speech and save some copies of it locally, because our children and the children of our children will need to know that there were prophets like James yelling on the desert right before the final takeover, because all this revelation content will be entirely erased online when the digital book burning kicks in.

While not exactly new to these topics and theories, I don't think I've ever learned so much about them, their claims and validity (insofar as they have any) in one sitting. It was truly something to behold, to witness those claims being built up with such eloquence and spirit of fair argumentation - using the very words and definitions of thinkers that the opponent themselves hold in high regard - and to then see the validity of those very claims smashed to nothingness in the following breath. A master's display of steelmanning. Way to go, way to be.
I reviewed marxist literature in 2020 when I realized what was going on and I only gleaned 5-10% of what James took away from it, thank God we have such a brilliant mind to help us.

Very Impressive, James. This is a hugely sound argument and a significant problem in our UK Educational System. I am an expert in environmental Psychology and have put a conclusive argument to the UK government. Children between 5-10 will not be able to understand these concepts. Their brains are still developing, and the context will never be understood. They will, however, believe it. Children of that age are very observant of adult's behaviour. They store all that information in what I call the "Adult Box", to be opened upon adulthood. The problem is that they have un-contextualised information burst out into their consciousness and may, in many cases, act out with extreme violence and prejudice.
Some kids are born resistant to cultism; many who are raised in religious cults escape the minute they turn 18 or very soon after; there is hope

Start with the people you know. We all have circles of influence, and those circles have influence elsewhere. How did Marxists gain such influence over the West? They continued to expand slowly. We're not going to solve this problem quickly, but we can each have a bit of influence.

James if you ever read this please know that when I think I'm going crazy because I'm surrounded by these concepts in my job (public school teacher) or my university program, you make me feel sane. I have no idea who did/does this for you when you dive as deep as you do into Friere or Marcuse, but however it is you feel about the people who ground you, I feel about you. I am very grateful to you for this.

Not sure where you live, but in the UK you have to be a bit careful. If your virtues are 'the wrong virtues' you will find yourself jobless or worse pretty quick for actively standing against the woke. Unfortunately I don't see anyone in the political sphere other than heavy right-leaning politicians being ready to stand against it in a meaningful way, but the social stigma attached to the phrase 'far-right' makes it an undesirable thing to be associated with
To add to my first comment as I didn't really recommend anything - educate yourself. This will allow you to identify when and where woke tactics are being employed. Read about slavery, colonialism, history of the European Royal families pre-WW1, pre-19th century philosophy. You obviously have to be selective with the material you choose to read as there's many woke reinterpretations out there, so sticking to older publications is a good shout.
I've found that all the woke people I've met believe things just because it's 'virtuous'. You can dismantle all their arguments and bring a more rational perspective to things by having the right knowledge.
In another video James advises, wake up the normies around you, show them what's going on.
